"[W]hile Roe v. Wade is invalid, a federal law banning abortion across all 50 states would be equally invalid." -- Ron Paul

If you want I'll get you the link to Rand Paul saying exactly the same thing: that whether or not to allow abortion is a "state prerogative."

I'm giving you direct quotes from the Pauls. So where's the "lie"?

We know that, but the news media trumpets CPAC's stupid poll, but it's rigged. Multiple voting is allowed.

Remember the ridiculous polls that asked questions like “Should dead bodies be maintained on life support machines?” Then they reported the results as proof that a majority of people thought Terri Schiavo should be killed by starvation and dehydration.

Yes. Over turning Roe is a good thing. Do I REALLY need to post all of those quotes about a "Right to Life" Amendment? Again? Really?

Not that I think it would do you, or the political Party you represent, any good. This is one Truth you cannot accept. And so you continue to push the Lie.

Did anyone take those stupid polls seriously? At the time, I didn’t. I had no idea those rigged polls were being used to justify murder.

Ron Paul’s the liar, not me, and it’s easily provable. Go ahead and post anything you want.

I remember quite a few FReepers who believed that if non-scientific online polls said Terri should die that it was settled.

By the way, Ron Paul hasn't changed his pro-choice for states position one bit. Here's a interview published just this month in which he reiterated it once again:

"It is up to the states to make these decisions [concerning abortion]." -- Ron Paul

He also wants to block the ability of the courts to protect innocent human life, which is also unconstitutional.

His views are always dressed up in pro-life language, but the bottom line is that he thinks states' rights trump the unalienable right to life, and he pretends that the requirements of the Fourteenth Amendment do not exist.

Dr. Paul, an Ob-Gyn for decades, has done more to be Pro-Life than your idiotic Third Party ever will.

Do Dr. Paul and his Son support the Right to Life Amendment? Yes? Or No?

A one word answer will suffice.

I remember that too. When a scientific poll was released by a credible source showing that the majority of people truly supported Terri, they began claiming that polls don’t matter. Such hypocrisy.

Liar.

http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul100.html

I sponsored the original pro-life amendment, which used a constitutional approach to solve the crisis of federalization of abortion law by the courts.

And don't miss this part...

The alternative is an outright federal ban on abortion, done properly via a constitutional amendment that does no violence to our way of government.

His stance hasn't changed since. Rand holds a similar position.

There is a right way to do things, and a wrong way.

You are doing it wrong.

Now stop the lies...

What do you make of Rand’s Debra Medina like answer to some questioning about 9/11? Is Rand a closet 9/11 truther? I think many Ron Paul-ista’s are...

http://www.tookookyforkentucky.com/?p=467
“Does Rand Paul think 9/11 was an inside job, or that the government was responsible for it? Maybe. After all, he refuses to answer the question when asked it by the Courier Journal. Instead, “when pressed by the Louisville Courier-Journal if he agreed or disagreed with Hightower’s belief that the United States government was responsible for the attacks on September 11th, Rand Paul’s campaign said it was a “complicated situation” with “truth on both sides.”” Truth on both sides? Complicated? They attacked us, Rand. That’s the truth and there’s nothing complicated about it.”

They got what they thought they wanted, but then came the gnashing of teeth. They lusted for Terri’s blood, and now lament that her memory is used to deprive them of other victims. They’re like the foolish farmer who ate his seed crop.

His “constitutional approach” ignores the Fourteenth Amendment requirements to protect all persons. Ron Paul is lying and deceiving people, and folks like you are his willing accomplices.

Rand Paul, exactly like his father, says that abortion is a "state prerogative."

The clear recording of him saying exactly that is still hosted HERE.
