It’s the Clintons at work.

BINGO!

That may be. This report certainly wasn’t to help us.

If Juan can see the light about conservatives, then anyone can.

We are not even considering them because we know that as soon as the economy turns around, they will leave us to take another job but it's pretty incredible nevertheless.

I don't think it's going to. This working generation is hosed. What is worse, people with educational investments in specialties may not even have the "Lower Class" skills. Their option is to learn welding and lie about their Master's, and still be paying the student loans.

What preparation has an MBA for doing concrete forms?

Its more than a conspiracy, they are making plans in committee to do it. There is far too much money tied up in those retirement accounts for them to ignore.

Remember the word of Bill; “A stroke of the pen, law of the land.”

This rat has nearly accomplished destroying America. Hillary wouldn’t be as good at it. She’d be slower. And less obvious.

Wow, I really took some heat for that reply. Well let me explain a little more, our average tenure is 20+ years and we hire for the long term. Most of our current employees have chosen our line of work for a career and are very well motivated with good work ethic.

One of the things I say to all prospective employees is that we are looking for people who want a career with us, not just a job. Well without wanting to denigrate the profession I have chosen, it is not suited for those with bachelor and master degrees. The work we do here is very much blue-collar and not something that anybody with a college degree aspires to. So we would rather extend employment to qualified candidates who will be here for the long haul, not as a "temporary setback" while they look for something better.

401K confiscation is a call to arms. It will mark the time where the United States formally ends and the shooting war begins.

Yup. People will die.

I don’t disagree. And I find it troubling that we are still focused on taxes. Certainly we shouldn’t be raising taxes. But we should be focused on spending. Whole departments should be cut or eliminated. And yes, the military will be a part of that cutting.

A few million people with nothing to lose is a fearsome force. They have lost their jobs, they have lost their houses. Take the remainder, and the country burns.

Thanks for the reply. I hope that I can still stay on with my current employer and they’ve allowed me to interview. The company itself is strong and stable. Living in Texas, I feel I’m much better situated than living in Michigan.

But it breaks my heart to see these people who played by the rules and made rational financial decisions based on what they knew before the crash who are now almost unemployable because their last job paid so well and they’ve been out of work for so long that they’ve exhausted every avenue they can think of.

I don’t mind them for feeling abandoned or betrayed. I just hope they vote with the understanding that the current government is failing them by trashing businesses and putting every impediment possible in front of them.

This election needs to be a “refudiation” (thanks Sarah) of the status quo - which is the socialist/marxist style of government the Democrats want to implement.

“What preparation has an MBA for doing concrete forms?”

Because if you have an MBA, you know there aren’t many concrete forms being built these days.

Hence no jobs there, either.

I expect Bill Clinton to be the point man to make the case to Jesse Jackson, Sharpton and other so-called black leaders that if they don’t sign on to the plan to jettison Obama, they won’t have a seat at the Democrat table, in fact, there will be NO table left for them to sit at. They’ll get the message real quick because without a viable Dem party, they are nothing.

I always say hire the best person you can for any job, and then don't give them a reason to leave!

Exactly. It's the NFL draft scenario - take the best player available, regardless of what your needs are, because, well, they're the best player available.
