Despite what MSM and Murkowski says Alaska is NOT over: Miller can win with your help

If you want to see our last TEA party Senate candidate win help Joe Miller after reading this report.

A source on the ground in Alaska close to Joe Miller’s campaign has provided this information which is being smothered by the main stream media.

The Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN) is asking the Justice Department to send an election observer to Juneau to help them to force illegitimate votes into the final tally of the race between Sen. Lisa Murkowski and her TEA party backed challenger attorney Joe Miller who defeated her in a GOP primary.

Despite the AFN’s reasonable sounding request, this is merely a pretense to violate Alaska election law, something that has become a hallmark of this election from the close of the polls on primary night.

At issue is a quantity of ballots cast by AFN members with various incorrect spellings of Murkowski’s name. The AFN is insisting that “voter intend” be employed to count such ballots thus creating its own interpretation of Alaska which says just the opposite.

Miller is merely insisting on following state law, which is the constitutionally binding authority in the matter. Alaskan statute 15.15.360. states a vote “shall be counted if the oval is filled in for that candidate and if the name, as it appears on the write-in declaration of candidacy, of the candidate or the last name of the candidate is written in the space provided.”

The statute continues with “there are no exceptions” to this statute; “A ballot may not be counted unless marked in compliance with these rules.”

Murkowski’s AFN stooges know very well that Barack Obama wants Murkowski to win so he can mitigate some of the losses he took in the Senate last week. Murkowski has been ambivalent about where her loyalties will lie should she be returned to office.

This election is clearly between the same crooks that Sarah Palin kicked out of office and the Alaska TEA party. This is a desperate effort to keep the corrupt Murkowski/Stevens machine in power.

Democrat and “Native” hands all over this

In several AFN villages where the Democrat registration is 100%, Murkowski got 100% of the write-ins cast. The Natives in Alaska live largely off the federal dole in one form or another.

They are the ones who are credited with encouraging Murkowski to run as a write in. They have received $23 billion in NO BID federal contracts in the last ten years and they don’t look forward to having to fight a Senator Miller for earmarks they can buy with a few thousand write in votes.

Alaska’s Lt. Governor Craig Campbell, who conspicuously thanked Frank Murkowski for giving him his start in politics, agrees with Murkowski’s “Natives” insistence upon “voter intent” in violation of his own State’s law. On the ground reports reveal that Miller is still in an excellent position to beat the Murkowski/Stevens and Campbell attempt to steal this election.

A large number of uncounted absentee ballots and the trend of already counted ones favoring Miller with 60%, plus the fact that the percentage of invalidated write-in ballots is currently running at 12% which is well above the average of 5%, suggests that if Miller is successful in forcing the State of Alaska to follow its own election laws (sounds bizarre doesn’t it?) he will win.

There are enough absentee ballots to overcome the number of certifiable write ins provided the improperly prepared ones are thrown out as the law requires. This is where we can help. Alaska is huge. Getting around up there means flying which is expensive.

If you have worked for your own TEA party candidate, if you have contributed to a TEA party candidate, if you believe that allowing Murkowski to win is a win for Obama and a loss for America, please send Joe Miller money. We have stood shoulder to shoulder and won a lot more than we lost. This is our last assignment in our mission to save America. Go to: http://joemiller.us/

With all the Murkowski family clout (and frankly, as poor a candidate as Miller has been), I can see no way they will let him win on the basis of voting rule technicalities. Like it or not, they’ll find a way for Murkowski to win. Did we learn nothing from the Steward Smalley experience?

How is sending him money now going to change votes already cast?

They have broken election law.

This needs to go all the way to the USSC.

I've donated to Joe twice for this, and if he keeps on fighting I'll keep on donating.

Voting rule technicalities? It's called STATE LAW. Either the rule of law matters or it doesn't. To democrats and liberals, clearly it doesn't.

Votes cast doesn't matter. Votes counted does. The request for funds is to finance the fight to force the election officials to follow the law. If they are forced to follow the law in counting the votes, Miller wins; if they are allowed to throw the law out and count the votes any old way the liberals decide gives them the advantage, Miller loses.

The filth surrounding this matter is doing more harm for the Republican party than THEY realize. America’s only hope now lies in the success of the Tea Party.

Go Sarah!!!

If the case cannot be tried to a desirable conclusion, Democrats haul the law itself before a judge, who then tries the law, finds it “unconstitutional,” and throws it out.
THAT is the fate of your “rule of law” nowadays. It’s the rule of judges, now.

Alaska is one of only five US States that are monitored by the US DoJ for voting issues. For a solid history on the issues go here, Alaska as a case study starts on page 122.

While Joe may stand a chance, I look and see

a State court system loaded against him (4 hours after the 1st injunction, they ruled? whats up with that?)

A DoJ loaded against him -- the voting (spelling) lists were approved in the virtual blink of an eye - after such lists were banned for 50 years.

Local media in the tank for Lisa

The powerful (and very rich) Native Corps in the tank for Lisa - ditto for UNions and Big Oil.

Count on the military votes being dismissed as "not enough to affect the outcome" and are never reported, or are reported in section 45 under the used car ads.

Hopefully - this whole ugly episode opened the eyes of 'ordinary voters' - so when Beg-ich runs, he will be replaced.

$100 sent.

The reason Miller needs financial support is for the legal costs his campaign will bear if he is forced to continue this fight in the courts.

This election is still open. Personally, I don’t feel like watching another election stolen by the corruption that liberalism brings, so I sent some money.

Fight.

When it is close the fix will be in. It is the way this corrupt election system works. Why it cannot be fixed is beyond me. Too simple for ultra simple minds to do it right. The idiots we have as leaders, beyond belief.

A little research will show that the Alaska Native Corps receive less then 1% of all Federal contracts.

I’ve posted this on my FB page.

Unfortunately, my dog is going in for Cancer surgery on Friday, so I’m tapped right now, otherwise I’d make a donation.

If someone else has the finances, could you donate extra on my behalf?

Miller, Joe REP 82180 35.46%
Write-in Votes 92979 40.12%

If 5,400 write-ins are for Miller, he wins.
