Could Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie not be as incompetent and foolish as he appears, but orchestrating a deliberate birth certificate recovery dead end to cover his own papakole? UPDATED: Mystery solved! Reason Obama will not release birth certificate is because his name is legally written “Barry Soetoro” on it.
Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.
Well, after he was elected, Abercrombie strangely acknowledged no original birth certificate could be found for Obama in Hawaii, but that there were “handwritten notes” that he was born on the island of Oahu in 1961. Abercrombie did not claim he saw the actual birth certificate.

You would have to try many alternative spellings of Soetero, such as Sutoro that shows up on Ann’s documents
More interesting would be an investigation of the multiple SSN’s that go along with the multiple names
Here pretty soon, EVERYONE is going to be a birther, and when that happens. Obama will HAVE to react with more than a quip or two. The man is NOT a Natural Born Citizen, and that is due to his FATHER’S heritage. Obama was born by his own admission under the British Nationality act of 1948, this means he ADMITS he was never , infact could never be a Natural Born Citizen. Citizen, most likely, but NOT qualified for POTUS.
Whine as after-birthers may that being born here is enough, it isn’t. You must hold allegiance solely and utterly, FROM BIRTH. Meaning you never lose it.

Whe a child is adopted a new birth certificate is issued with his new parents’ names and his new name. The old birf certificate is sealed.

Agreed. It’s a frustrating, isn’t it, how many passes Obama has gotten? I just have to believe his mountain of lies will start to crumble soon. The more we complain to our reps, the sooner it will happen.
One small problem with this theory …
The Hawaii Department of Health long ago released the birth index data as required by law in response to multiple requests from birthers under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA). The only index record that existed was for a male born in 1961 by the name of “Barack Hussein Obama II.” There were no birth index data records for “Soetoro” or “Dunham.”
A legal adoption causes the original birth certificate to be sealed and a new one issued under the child’s adopted name. If Obama’s original birth certificate had been sealed by an adoption, the Hawaii DoH would not have released the birth index data for “Barack Hussein Obama II.” They’d have released it for “Barry Soetoro.”
We also know from these UIPA requests that …
- there is a marriage index record for Barak Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham.
- there is not a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth for “Obama,” “Soetoro,” “Dunham,” or “Payne.” The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program ended in 1972 but was a type of birth certificate for those who were born at home or registered their birth late (i.e. not a hospital birth.)
Ms. Dunham had no reason to file for adoption of Barry/Barack unless the child’s birth is a lie. The excuses sound like nonsense to me. Better to say “the dog ate it”.
