Toy poodle plays lassie ping
Good thing the police didn’t get there first.
LOL!!
What a good doggie! I’ve never had a poodle. Although the people that I know what have owned poodles swear that they are intelligent and loving.
I don’t have a dog, but I don’t think a cat would do this.
Good Ted!
Poodles get a bum rap because of the field dress hair do they have in the show ring, but they are smart, loyal dogs.
Hell. My cats would have STARTED the fire and bolted the doors shut.
I don’t want to hijack this pro-dog thread and turn it into a cat-bash, but what side of the door are you on when the cat’s start the fire? And what side are they on?
I’d likely be asleep while they’re pouring gasoline all over the furnature -giggling.
“My cats would have STARTED the fire and bolted the doors shut”.
May I suggest possibly considering getting a lil’ Ted to keep an eye on those frisky felines! LOL!!
My DIL’s dog looks exactly like that little Shiitehead. Extremely intelligent, easy to train and looks forward to coming to my house cause we play and FEED him. He’d protect us in a minute.
In a book titled “The Intelligence of Dogs,” the author states that dog trainers agree that the poodle ranks #2, right behind the border collie.
I have heard they are wonderful dogs. I think the whole “poofy hairdo’s” that you see in the dog shows have sort of ruined their true nature. (I know some people like it but I think it is silly). I bet your DIL’s dog looks very forward to you visiting!
I bet your DILs dog looks very forward to you visiting!... He starts whimpering when he sees my street. He’s such a nice guy. I won’t let them give him a farook haircut, but what the heck, I pay for it anyway.
The poodle is the second smartest dog. The border collie is the first. Good on that poodle!!!
Our old Siamese cat, Mr. Kitty, saved us from potential death by smoke inhalation. We had turned the damper on the big woodstove down too low. The house was full of smoke when we awoke to our cat yowling and bouncing up and down on my pillow.
He sure was a good old kitty. Very doglike, as are most Siamese.

I stand corrected, apparently cat(s) are noble pets.
