Our country can’t survive if Obamacare is left intact as is and this is my BIGGEST concern with Romney. He won’t overturn/sign the legislation..I fear.

You people owe me and folks like 4P — and payment will be extracted.

Don't you think this is just a little creepy?

This has been obvious for months, but I admit I’ll miss the Palin fanatics “just wait until she announces” rants. Now, can we end this tomfoolery and work on beating Romney first, and then Obama?

Yep, dragged it out and milked it for all it was worth. Now to get the Cain bumper stickers and yard signs.

There are already... ‘I will just write Sarah Palin’s name in’ posts. These must be trolls or they want Obama back.

No. Some people are just deeply emotionally invested in the idea of a Palin presidency. That's really just how some people are. Nothing sinister in experiencing grief. You would think after all your complaints about being roughly handled, you would understand the need for a time of gracious understanding. In due course, all true patriots will rise to the occasion and vote Obama out, even the die-hard Palinistas, especially when she steps forward, at the end, to endorse the Anybody But Obama nominee. Meanwhile, be kind to your fellow travelers. It has been a long hard road, and they are weary. Tomorrow will bring new light, and new energy. We will win, God willing.

Yea. I just feel that we are going in without our champion player. I don’t agree with her that you cannot make great changes through the presidency.

Properly placed righteous indignation against people full of bile and hatred is never creepy.

About Palin, she waited way too long to say "no".

I don't know about that. I never thought much of the media's timetable. I don't think she waited too long (she certainly didn't miss any real deadlines), any more than Chris Christie did. But yeah, the current crop of candidates is . . . ugh.

If you’re done, feel free to stick one in yourself but leave the rest of us out of it.

....."Her power is shot without running for office. Don’t have a clue who she thinks she’s going to be coordinating and strategizing with."...... Perhaps, but I'm not convinced yet she wouldn't be a VP or in office with who ever does get the Primary. What if that is part of the Gop plan? That she bow out and have a position later on. They did just that with Hillary.

I realize people got upset that the Gop etc. were not in her court and in fact apposing her....but they do realize she can galvanize voters and I don't think she's just bowing out....but bowing out from the Presidency.

Remember McCain brought her in at the last moment when it mattered...would they play that card again? Seems unlikely but on the other hand this is not an ordinary election.

She did not quit this race, she did not get in the race. She says she is not running for President in 2012,but as crummy as this field is who knows what may happen at the Convention in Tampa next Summer. Food for thought.

This is the same SP that called Cain “the flavor of the week” right?

If you watch that interview you will see that she didn't mean anything negative with that comment. She just meant that at that time the lead was fluid and changing weekly. And she was right, first it was Bachmann, then Perry and then Cain.

Do YOU deserve Obama? We have to get this guy out. It’s terrible that the situation is so dire, but the fact is country cannot handle more of these failed policies.

I am disappointed as well, sir. We had our hopes up and got them trampled. I am sure she has very good reasons, because I do know that she loves this country. I hope she’ll remain an activist on the behalf of the candidate that gets the nomination.

As for my “Texas sensibilities”, I am an American first and will study these candidates, and I consider Cain, Perry and Bachmann the only viable ones in my eyes, before I make up my mind. I am not Texas blind. :)
