FACEPALM. You completely missed the point of my post.
By the same token, China and the Soviets have no qualms about meddling in the affairs of other nations. And we do need to counter their actions, since their ambitions are most certainly expansionist.
But I agree with you to a point. We need to pick our battles wisely. We don’t always do that. And with Obama, we’re acting in ways that are against the interests of the US and her allies.

I caught the video on the Blaze, and the worse part of it was just played on our local news. I hate to say it because I like Cain, but it was painful to watch. I would love to sugar coat that interview, but I just can’t.
Thing about Cain, he don't seem to need our help in destroying himself, he just opens his mouth and gives it to us. Not our fault.
That is what you have advisers for! If you want you could stump anyone of those candidates.
well Cain looks almost as bad as Perry’s debate gaffe. This wasn’t in prime time so it shouldn’t get quite the airing.
And that is why I read these threads, but seldom post to them. There are some nuggets for/from each side buried here & there, but most times I get the feeling it's a waste of effort looking for them.
OTOH, it does provide an opportunity to take names for future avoidance.
