Can’t agree because I would not vote for Ron Paul. However, having a republican president does carry huge benefits. Judges, US attorneys, etc.

What’s new about this?
For the GOP it’s always been about Party over Principal.

Don't waste my time telling me how much of a louse 0bama is ...

I can preach that sermon better than you can.

Instead, use our time wisely, by telling me how good your guy is.

If the best you can say is "he's not 0bama", I'm not going to vote for him.

So shallow.

This sort of thinking is why I disavow the GOP. I'm a Conservative. I vote for Conservatives. If there is no Conservative running, I don't vote. Romney's people can suck it.

suggested that “beliefs and principles” should not be the deciding factor for voters. State Sen. Gary Lambert said the most important thing is to nominate somebody who can defeat President Obama.

Why bother. Let’s just go to a one socialist party system so we can all back a winner. If we have to choose between two big government candidates election after election, we may as well stay home.

"I don't get it. This is not about picking a favorite, it's not about picking someone you like," Lambert said. "It's not about picking someone even with your own beliefs and principles. This is about picking a person who can beat Barack Obama, period."

Isn't that how we got "Mahvahwick McCain!!!" during the last election? No thanks!

Besides, limp wristed appeasing socialist RINOs are not electable. I won't believe the GOP wants to win unless they back a conservative.

They want us to accept check-boxes labeled:
“whatever massa ‘D’ say” and “whatever massa ‘R’ say”

(roughly translated to “go left like my backside is on fire” or “go left so I don’t realize you’re screwing me” respectively)

The elites love their control.

Willard Romney has no core beliefs (except for that cult in SLC) or principles OR conservative accomplishments.

Perry does! Santorum does! My man, Newt does!

Newt will win because of his Reagan-like conservative accomplishments and Reagan-like communication skills.

(Rove KNOWS Willard has none hence the $$$$$$$ smoke screens and daily Willard lovefest on Fox to oudo even MSNBC & CNN’s desire for Romney as the lay down nominee for Obama.)

Speaker Gingrich led Republicans....the results:

* House Conservative Republicans Back After 40 Years In the Wilderness

* Voting On Each of the Contract With America’s Conservative Principles

* Four Consecutive Balanced Budgets (Remember what those looked like, folks?)

* Successful Massive Welfare Reform

* 11 Million New Jobs

* Unemployment Down To 4%

If you don't care about beliefs and principles, why not just vote for Obama?!

What a propaganda machine.

Geez. With this thinking, I guess this dope would be happy with Hitlery. She could beat Obummer too. If this is the best argument the Mittens people can give to vote for him, he is doomed.

THE REAL DEAL

If Willard were "the most electable",
THEN WHY DOES HE HAVE TO CHEAT AND BACKSTAB?

American FLIP FLOPPER, the Chameleon-Teflon Milt:
"I bet you $10,000 that I will be as conservative as Kennedy or McCain."

"Vote Count Error? Did Rick Santorum Really Win the Iowa Caucuses?
DES MOINES, Iowa - Edward True, 28, of Moulton, said he helped count the votes
and jotted the results down on a piece of paper to post to his Facebook page.
He said when he checked to make sure the Republican Party of Iowa
got the count right, he said he was shocked to find they hadn’t.
“When Mitt Romney won Iowa by eight votes and I’ve got a
20-vote discrepancy here, that right there says Rick Santorum won Iowa,” True said. “Not Mitt Romney.”

"Several UNREPORTED news reports have it that Romney
did not win the Iowa Caucuses.
Barring any objective, verifiable proof that shows more than 12 votes mistakenly
being credited to Santorum, Romney lost."

"Could Typo Rewrite Caucus History? (Santorum may regain win)"

“It’s not about picking someone even with your own beliefs and principles. This is about picking a person who can beat Barack Obama, period.”

There is little point in winning an election if the person that gets elected is going to do the same as the one who got voted out of office. Replacing Obama with Obama-lite is not acceptable- tantamount to defeat, in fact. And Myth Romney is a NE gun-grabbing liberal, regardless of what he says or how well he can balance a checkbook, or whatever people think of his hair, demeanor or family.

“beliefs and principles should not be the deciding factor for voters”

Just vote for any piece of crap your party puts up. For certain the Democrats have worse crap.

Our country can’t long endure this nonsense.

I will not under ANY circumstances voter for Mitt Romney.

I see Paul as a nutcase, so he’s out.

Santorum took himself out of the race yesterday, when he mentioned his intent for an “immediate” cut SS for retired seniors. I think Obama would have eaten him alive anyway. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2829774/posts

Perry can’t seem to get out of the ditch, so he doesn’t seem to be a player.

So....

GO NEWT GO...........
