Over the past eight years, he called the Police Department at least 46 times with reports of various sightings. In 2005, according to police records obtained by the Orlando Sentinel and other media, Zimmerman was twice accused of either criminal misconduct or violence. He had a concealed-weapon permit and had a black Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun and a holster the night Martin died.....

Free speech or not, your comparison is ugly and inaccurate and only adds to the trial by lynch mob mentality and character assault being stirred up and fomented by the media.
George Zimmerman shot a MAN (despite the baby pictures presented by the eneMedia) who was on top of him and pummelling his face.
Jared Lee Loughner posted violent anarchist messages on a website and plotted/executed a domestic terrorist attack that resulted in several deaths which included a child and a conservative judge.

It sounds like the school kicked him out due to a fear of backlash from the Martin shooting, not because of Zimmerman being a threat.

I’m not sure what he is guilty of...but one thing is certain...he should have backed off when the dispatcher told him to back off.

I agree. What we do know from direct eyewitness accounts is that Zimmerman did not attack Martin.
My guess from what I have seen is that Zimmerman was watching Martin, Martin noticed Zimmerman observing him, evaded, then attacked him when Zimmerman wasn’t expecting it.
There are two eyewitnesses to this, I think, though one might be Zimmerman’s father.
Police are, for the most part, pretty sensitive to the ring of truth to a story, and because they have to do it all the time, can pick up things that either add or detract to that ring of truth.
Zimmerman, two eyewitnesses, and physical evidence all told the same story (later backed by the 911 call) so it seems that was entirely evident to the police, and is why they didn’t charge him and bring him in.
I am not against investigating this further, but this a mob attack right now. I hate it.
I'm looking forward to watching that unfold. The pile on was so immediate and one and all jumped on, from all the Official Race Hustlers to posters here, that it's obvious they were eager to take advantage of such an opportunity.
It is distressing how easily so many have been played, though. Hopefully, many will learn from this how vulnerable they are to emotional manipulation by the state controlled media. It's going to become more intense the close we get to the November elections.
When it comes to rational thinking and sanity, these days we're on our own.
I don’t fault this guy for being a self-appointed “crime watch” person.
When I moved into this neighborhood 25 years ago, it was sleepy and quiet, and stayed that way for a long time.
A few years, a woman of color moved into the neighborhood across the street from us, and brought probably six kids of all ages ranging from 2 to 17 with her, no father.
The oldest kid in the family was creepy, looked and dressed like a gang-banger, had strange people of various ages coming and going at all hours.
The oldest kid broke into the house next to them (an elderly couple in their late seventies) while they were home, and the poor woman went into her bathroom and found the oldest kid (probably 18 at the time) hiding in the shower. He was arrested and disappeared.
Another time, I came home from work in the middle of the day, and found six police cars in front of my house. It is a strange feeling to walk up to the cops and say “Excuse me...I live in this house. What is going on?”
He said they had reports of a kid running through people’s back yards and climbing over fences, etc. He was last seen disappearing into my back yard by my neighbor who was just driving up, saw the kid run across the street into my back yard, then saw him climb the fence into someone else’s yard.
So he called the cops.
They found a piece of paper in my backyard near where he climbed the fence that had a bunch of first names and phone numbers on it. There was snow, so they brought in a dog and followed the footprints all they way through a bunch of yards, through some woods, and eventually to the back door of the house across the street. There was a pair of mud covered Nikes outside the back door.
One of the detectives was telling me this while the other cops were standing around. He said he rang the bell, and after a while, one of the older boys came to the door (he was the only one home) and the detective told him there were reports of someone running through yards, and did he know anything about it?
The kid said no, so the detective asked him “If you weren’t running, why are you sweating?” and the kid said he had just washed his face. The cop reached over and put his hand on the back of the kid’s head and said “Your whole head is wet...did you wash the back of your head as well?” (The other cops started laughing and one of them said “Ughh...you touched his sweaty-ass head???”)
The detective said they tracked prints to his door and pointedly asked if the shoes were his. The kid said no, so the detective said, what are you going to say if your mother says they ARE yours?
Bottom line, I don’t just sit in my house now. I look out the windows when I hear something, and have no problem calling the police station directly now. Does that make me a self-appointed “crime watch” nut bag?
I think it is something that people USED to do in their neighborhoods, because it was the RIGHT thing to do. Perhaps if I lived in a neighborhood like that one, I might be inclined to be more aggressive and vocal and vigilant towards people I don’t know who are on my street.
Maybe that is coming to all of us.
I do want to stress that I am giving this woman the benefit of the doubt, because she has a job, and seems to be associated with a church of some kind. (a gut feeling, based on the dress and demeanor of some occasional visitors)
I think she might be a foster home taking in kids, because the quantity and age of the kids has changed over time.
I just think she cannot control them, all boys, no girls. It is too much for her, though she appears to try.
...when are we going to get Trayvon’s background? I’m curious to know why he was expelled from school at the time of the shooting.

My personal opinion is that blacks themselves have to bear some of the responsibility here because they voted for this scum simply because he was black. No other reason in the entire world, just that he was black. That is racist in its on way. To refuse to vote for someone else simply because of their skin color is racist. So is this. I know a lot of blacks that had no idea who Obama was or where he was even from. Ask 20 blacks now what his real job was before he became a senator and probably 1 can tell you he was in the IL house. They'd never heard of him. The white socialist commie movement knew more about him than blacks did.

Born in England and returning as a teenager, going to an English school and known as the only Yank around, it wasn’t baloney at all! I even had the bobbies come looking to question me! when I did kick butt. Gimmie three steps only worked so often and was only by luck and cunning that I manageed to escape, so the Yank stood his ground even if he got the worst of it. My encounters with the bullies of the time would be similar to hate crimes today. And the cainings by the school headmaster would be assault. lol.
