Hard to find truth in Zimmerman’s call to police

Posted on 04/01/2012 11:27:17 AM PDT by Java4Jay

I’m having great difficulty locating the original full version of Zimmerman’s call to police, one that is not enhanced to make wind noise sound like a racial slur.

“Robert J. Zimmerman served as a full-time magistrate from 2000-2006. Please be advised that in Virginia magistrates are judicial officers, but they are not considered “judges” and do not possess trial jurisdiction. More detailed information on the role of the magistrate in Virginia is available on Virginia’s Judicial System Website.”

I was not aware he was ever a powerful judge in Florida, but may have pracited law if I remember correctly.

Try as you and the rest of the Zimmerman supporters will, the truth on this shooting will come to light. And I don’t think you will like the outcome

He's a retired judge from Virginia

Magistrate. Big difference in Virginia.

It makes your argument even better.

So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun?

Because charges were dropped.....Anything else you care to insert into your twisted equation is pure speculation on your part and you know it. And in a court of law, none of your above statements would even be allowed ..........

This isn’t a game.

This is about the life, freedom and rights of a US citizen named George Zimmerman.

And what breaks my heart is seeing just how far down the rabbit hole we have gone as a nation and the realization that there won’t be any turning back.

..."and I'm not sure why an "audio forensic expert" would be needed at all."

It's not. It's just an attempt from those that hope to poke some holes in Zimmerman's credibility. As if Martin was screaming for help for some 30 to 45 seconds while Zimmerman did what? The Mortician body said there was no indication of a fight on Martin....

“Try as you and the rest of the Zimmerman supporters will, the truth on this shooting will come to light.”

That is your biggest problem. You see it as Zimmerman supporters versus Martin supporters. I’m not a Zimmerman supporter. I look at evidence, and support the idea of innocent until proven guilty.

"I feel great sorrow to Trayvon’s parents but their anger is misguided."

Their entitled to mourn. Anger, often misplaced can be part of that process. Sharpton et al are feeding that anger. Treyvon's parents are now doomed.

So your version is that Zimmerman was “getting his a$$ kicked”
And used his gun?

Well, guess what. If someone is beating you up and putting you in risk of grave bodily harm, you have the legal right to kill them.

You just explained why no charges were filed I’m your own post.

Game. Set. Match.

Better luck race baiting next time.

Sorry but your word for the cases you mention are just your opinion unless you can back up this "he received no special treatment" charge with some stats or at least numbers that show that Zimmerman was "treated like everybody else"

One thing is for sure: Zimmerman was involved in cases that showed he had a predisposition for being hot tempered and using violence in his dealings in life.

This may have some bearing on this case. In any event the facts are coming out and God knows the truth and His voice will speak for the dead Martin. That I know to be true

You are mentally deranged. Seek Help.

If by “Zimmerman supporters” you mean those that actually are looking for the truth, unlike yourself, who makes thing up. You are the one who doesn’t care what the truth is, in fact you ignore it. You’re just like Jackson and his twin Sharpton, a race baiter.

The scream I heard on the tapes almost sound like a girl, or an animal. I’m not sure if the one I heard had two screams, or they were just replaying it - it sounded pretty close to the first scream. A terrified scream. I would think that a primal scream in the middle, or thinking it was your last moments in a fight would be hard to match to a “normal” recording of ones voice. Especially over cell phones, and even over regular phones which freeper’s have discussed on other threads.

I’ll wait to see, but the only eye witness, that was actually close enough to see who was who, etc. was a guy by the name of “John” that said the guy on the bottom, wearing a red jacket/sweater was the one crying for help. John told them to “stop it”, then went inside his sliding glass door which was right there to make his 911 call. Before he could call, Martin was shot.

Thank goodness John did the neighborhood watch thing properly and just “reported” and not get involved. /s

I think it's also worth noting that "John" first gave his account publicly the day after the shooting - well before any of the publicity surrounding the case.

So you concede that I have debunked all your other assertions, and that now the only reason you remain unconvinced is your belief that Zimmerman received “special treatment” because his father is a retired magistrate from Virginia?

And you do realize that Zimmerman's father is a powerful judge with a history of getting Zimmerman out of scrapes with the law?

A retired magistrate judge from the state of Virginia is not one with power, especially in the state of Florida. Again, your speculative accusations are ridiculous and do nothing to support your baseless and glaring guilty verdict of George Zimmerman.

“...well before any of the publicity surrounding the case. “

Thanks - I didn’t know that. What I did find interesting is his description “guy in a red jacket”, “the guy on top”. No names, no skin color, no “the child”, etc.

There was a second witness, the thirteen year old Austin Brown, who also stated that Zimmerman was on the bottom getting hit by the guy on top. BTW, Austin Brown is a young black boy.

People who are getting beaten are likely to call for help - not those who are administering the beating. Your scenario makes no sense whatsoever.

That Zimmerman was getting the s**t beat out of him is completely backed by witnesses, medical reports and physical evidence.

These are called FACTS. Unlike your personal delusions and the voice soothsayers you're bring to the table.
