Hard to find truth in Zimmerman’s call to police

I’m having great difficulty locating the original full version of Zimmerman’s call to police, one that is not enhanced to make wind noise sound like a racial slur.

Sounds like a community under assault. One was a home invasion with the poor woman hiding, locked in her bedroom, with the police arriving just in time.

Since you were not there it seems that the grave bodily harm was inflicted by Zimmerman. And since the autopsy on Martin has "sealed" what damage did Zimmerman inflict on Martin before he shot him?

Interesting question. It would require some rather strained speculation to come up with an answer that squares with the witness statements and with Zimmerman's injuries. FWIW, the screaming lasted longer than 45 seconds. It is audible for 45 seconds on the 911 call, and that call was made because the caller had already been hearing screaming for an unknown length of time.

Yet when the voice sample was compared to Zimmerman's it was clearly not him doing the screaming. Imagine that!

There were two voices on that tape and if you eliminate Zimmerman's then who do you have left?

Forgot to mention that the ABC report about Austin Brown also described Brown saying that Zimmerman “moaning and crying for help”.

This is two contemporaneous witnesses reporting “crying out for help”....John & Austin Brown.

I had seen him characterized as a US magistrate, but I'm pretty sure he was actually a Virginia Supreme Court magistrate, apparently the lowest level of the Virginia state court system.

George's mother, Gladys Cristina Zimmerman, was a deputy court clerk and worked as a translator at the Prince William County Courthouse in Manassas and also performed civil marriages in Spanish.

Once Zimmerman left his truck and decided to pursue, he became the aggressor. And Zimmerman has admitted he was in pursuit. Any other questions?

That gun Zimmerman was carrying gave him in his mind the power to do things he might not have done in a regular setting.

Do you ever get tired of revealing your own stupidity? I mean you’ve had to backtrack so many times.....everytime the media spits out edited/enhanced “proof” it is refuted within days and you have to backtrack from the ridiculous claims you’ve made on these threads. How embarrassing.

It’s called a “prosecutor”. Their job is to determine if charges are warranted based on the evidence collected by the investigator. In this case the prosecutor determined charges were not warranted due to the lack of evidence that would be required to convict. Charges were not prevented from going further. There were no charges. Stop repeating this.

It may also be worth noting (as I think you did above) that he was a magistrate for only six years.

It has also been reported that he "is a retired military man. He could be strict." I think the combination of these two things suggests a) Robert Zimmerman does not have a lifelong network of legal connections, and b) he doesn't fit the profile of a guy who'd pull strings.

I have no doubt that the MSM pressure is going to force charges to be needlessly filed against Mr. Zimmerman.

How are YOU going to feel when he is found not guilty of the most severe accusations that are going to be leveled at him?

For what it's worth, you don't belong here anyway. This site is a forum for those who believe in the constitution and the guarantee that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.......not in the court of public opinion.

Vocal background here: From listening to pitch in spoken tape Z is a tenor. He didn't support his tone from the diaphragm so it is a “Light tenor” or breathy voice. When one is under stress vocal tone get higher (Think Sarah Palin) The voice heard yelling for help is consistent with zzimmerman's spoken voice.

Had it not been people continuing to call for a FULL INVESTIGATION of this shooting Zimmerman would not in hiding and walking the streets today

But Zimmerman bit off more than he could chew and now God is in the mix watching and making things happen behind the scenes.

Zimmerman took a life. And he will have to stand before God and explain his actions in this life or the next.

I am glad I am not in his shoes.
