We will not waste our limited resources on FR in support for a liberal progressive LIAR

A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

C’mon. These are the reasons the tea party sprang up and the reasons he and Rove loathe the tea party and our tea party conservative candidates. Romney famously expressed his loathing for Reagan-Bush conservatism several years ago when he was trying to run to the left of Ted Kennedy and now he’s cloaking himself in Reagan conservatism, knowing full well that it’s a lie, but he knows it’s the only way he can possibly win, er buy the Republican nomination.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments, etc. He still lies about RomneyCommieCare today. Calls it a “conservative solution.” Get real!!

Listen to what Ronald Reagan had to say about the elites pushing socialism on America via compulsory health insurance:

Ronald Reagan speaks out against RomneyCommieCare

There will be no campaign for this Massachusetts liberal liar on FR!!

Damn the libs and RINOS, full steam ahead!!

But no matter what happens we must turn out in November to vote IN as many conservatives and vote OUT as many rats as possible at all levels of government. If we don't have a conservative at the top of the ticket we must turn out anyway and vote straight conservative DOWN ticket!! Just think of it an off cycle election and pour on the TEA!! It'll be doubly important that we control both houses of congress and as many statehouses as possible.

Restore the 10th amendment!! Impeach the leftist president whoever he may be!! Restore Liberty!! Rebellion comes from the bottom up!!

WOO HOO!! I CAN SEE NOVEMBER FROM MY HOUSE!!

No Bama!! No Romney!! Go tea party rebellion!!

To: Newt 2012

I am sane and sober as I write this and I support Newt Gingrich including giving my money to him.

I look to Newt for leadership in decisively dealing with the ticking 16 trillion dollar debt bomb.

The European models of cutting the entitlements and raising taxes at the same time to deal with the debt crisis is not an appealing solution.

As an authentic conservative, I would find such solutions unacceptable, yet I am convinced that Romney will go that way.

My Senator Pat Toomey, who is a Romney supporter, is proposing a plan to balance the budget in ten years.

Its more bold than Paul Ryan’s plan and involves the European style ideas of cutting programs while keeping them in existence and raising taxes (by closing “loopholes”).

Some years ago Rush Limbaugh had an on-air conversation during the Bush 43 years with Ed Gillespie, a GOP insider working for Bush.

Gillespie said “it will not happen” when Rush pressed him on the notion of getting rid of departments like Education, Energy etc.

Those same insiders (Gillespie and other) now foist Romney upon us and will not do what really needs to be done to deal with the debt bomb.

Instead, they plan higher taxes for us.

NOT........

Get rid of things like Departments of Energy, Education etc.
Get rid of the EPA and OSHA.....Get rid of Medicare Part D and reform Social Security.....Roll back Medicaid, Veterans Hospitals and other progressive socialistic increments that led us to Obamacare.

Cut the spending now and balance the budget NOW..........

“No, Romney was not my choice. But I will definitely vote for him. “

Don’t take this in a hateful way, but

It is the tons of people who think like you that are responsible for the mess we are in now. If you had taken a stand long before Obama then America would be going in a different direction. You vote for the ones the GOP establishment gives you- no matter what. And that is why they can give you the very worst, and you will still vote for them.

On top of that your type(And you are far from alone) are responsible for making “Conservatism” nothing more than another word for a fake Idealism to the American public. You stand for Crap then you will get crap in return.

No mater if it is Obama or Romney- We loose just the same. Almost exactly the same. Close enough to say it does not matter which one. Do you think that God picked either one of them. No- He let the American public have what their hearts desire as they have become to weak to even take a stand at the ballot box. To lost to even know the value of good principles. As they became willing to even support a baby murderer, and a Gay pusher, for president. Even the principles of Liberty and reward for working hard and doing things right go out the window with Romney.

Open you eyes, stand back, and take a look at what you are doing. If you want a chance for a real change then it starts by taking a stand for what is right. I know that it is very late. But if a lot of people would do that...Then maybe God would lend a hand. At least he would have something to work with.

But Rick sure did give the dastardly Mittens a run for his money by winning 11 states...with very little funding and good ol’ grassroots volunteers!

Newt was beating Mitt in the polls by a good margin back in late December and early January.

Rick's support wasn't all grass roots. In my opinion he also had the support of the media and the RINOs early on, to take down Newt and to deliver Mitt a win.

And that's what happened.

And the eleven states Santorum won were in my opinion the only states he ever had a chance to win.

How I wish Rick Perry had the delegates now. According to some FReepers, particularly many Palin supporters who wanted to eliminate the competition in advance of her certain entry, he was as bad as Romney. Having marbles in his mouth and head did not help, but he was positively destroyed on this forum. He was this years Fred Thompson. One by one, the conservatives here deemed them unfit and now we are left with Mr. Inevitable.

I like Palin, but many of us wished at the time that she would have made a decision sooner. Her supporters (I was one) are an energetic bunch and their enthusiasm for her bled over in a big way on this forum in the form of candidate destruction to clear the path for her.

To be clear, our present situation is not her fault nationally, but her delayed non-candidacy created a particularly nasty environment here.

Will he sacrifice his ‘beliefs’ of true Conservatism for a temporary power position with Romney or will he prove himself to everyone he stands solidly behind his spoken ‘campaign words’.”

We agree about the decision Rick Santorum has to make.

The problem for Santorum — and I hope he understands it — is that private assurances mean nothing if you don't believe Romney's word can be trusted, and they mean less than nothing if Romney is defeated. I hope Santorum campaign staff are seeing this and telegraph to him, loud and clear, that if Santorum endorses Romney based on some sort of private assurances of a cabinet post or other position and Romney loses, Romney has lost nothing because the private agreement will never get revealed, but Santorum has lost a great deal because he'll be tagged as a flip-flopper who endorsed Romney, just like he did before with Specter, but for much less valid reasons.

Given Santorum’s history of being willing to support problematic candidates, I'm expecting he will eventually endorse the Republican nominee, and may even endorse Romney earlier. “Taking one for the team” is a good possibility, and I could see him saying that he'll endorse Romney publicly in return for a private commitment to something such as a key cabinet post dealing with abortion or marriage issues, or maybe a Supreme Court seat. (Don't laugh — political appointments to the Supreme Court have a long history, Santorum is a lawyer, he wouldn't be the first person nominated who has never served as a judge, and based on his past history in the highly collegial Senate, he's probably the farthest right-wing candidate who has a shot at Senate confirmation for the Supreme Court.)

I suspect much will depend on what happens in the next few races, but I also suspect much is going on behind the scenes. It wouldn't surprise me if the decisions by key organizations in the right-to-life and anti-gay-marriage movement to publicly back Romney now were done with the goal of persuading Santorum to get on board the Romney train.

People here can engage in some kind of fantasy that Newt’s going to have some amazing comeback and win 85% of the remaining delegates, but that’s just not going to happen.”

Nobody here is trying to argue — least of all me — that backing Gingrich at this late date is anything other than a long shot. I get it.

I'd rather try a long shot than give up before the battle is lost. As DJ MacWoW said, “Listen, failure is certain if one doesn't even try! Surrender before the battle is foolish.”

Santorum dropped out because Friess, Romney’s mole sponsor sent to support him in order to destroy Gingrich advance, dropped him out and returned to Romney’s headquarters. .

Seems that way.

“Instead of casting stones at people damning them you may want to look at inaction of getting Obama out of office. You know he’s the guy that told Israel to give up land and move back to the 67 borders which is cursing us via the covenant of Abraham. He who is without sin cast the first stone. Save the pious garbage. I want the marxist muslim out of the white house period.”

And you will not get your wish to make things better. Because you sold your sole on the false premise that you could trade one definite evil for another definite evil, and come out ahead. Your only truly meaningful vote is “None of the above”. Now I just wonder what would happen if a truly large number of people declared that stand. Just maybe a real 3rd party candidate would arise, and save us from our fate. And like a true miracle(reward) from God, then maybe that candidate could actually win.

But if you are so set on voting for Romney then why would anybody bother.

“No, Romney was not my choice. But I will definitely vote for him. “

Explain to me why, if you are Republican, you’d vote for one who isn’t?

Mitt Romney: ‘My “R” Does Not Stand for Republican’

http://youtu.be/vAOXQaY1UEM

Why, if you are conservative, you’d vote for one who isn’t?

Romney: ‘I’m not a partisan Republican, I’m moderate and progressive’

http://youtu.be/DwGQDXgzzVk

What is the DIFFERENCE between Romney and Obama, I’d like to know.

Romney backs Obama on abortion, the stimulus, TARP, war time tables, gun control laws, amnesty for illegals, government mandated healthcare.

“Mitt has 666 delegates”

FALSE. According to RNC own count, Romney has 573 bounded delegates so far. He needs 571 more to clinch the nomination.

With the release of some 200 delegates from Santorum dropping out, the nomination is not over YET, as more than 1150 delegates have to be allocated in the next primaries.

I will be voting for Newt in the Texas Primary in May

Wah-Hooo!!!!!!...I will be voting Newt in Pa this month too!

Unfortunately, the Romulan coronation has already taken place because the Republican establishment allows crossover democrats and RINOS in conservative stronghold states like New Hampshire and Iowa to determine our candidate.

Yes, I've been reading comments on Democratic web sites because I want to know what they are saying about our primary candidates and to see what they're up to.......More than a few occassions I ran across leaders of groups touting about how they crossed over and voted for Romney in the states allowing that...and further they are quite aware and enjoying the fact they won putting Newt down as well.

They are truly and most sincerely afraid of Newt....which is why such a long stretch at taking him down...the biggest thing going against Newt now, and soon became the standard, is the media "black out" concerning him.....they know if they give him a stage he'll succeed to win the Presidency...and at all costs to them they will make certain that doesn't happen.

I'm just hoping Newt has a few wild cards to play at just the right moment.....He's all about timing.

Yes, and Bush promised twice (as Obama also did) to move the Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem... Neither kept the promise.

I believe Newt will do it. He introduced that bill in the House in 1996, which was overwhelmingly approved by the Congress. Neither Clinton, nor Bush and Obama allowed it to happen.

I DO know Romney won’t do it. The only thing he would like is baptizing all the dead Jews, but doing nothing for those alive. He doesn’t care about Israel a bit.
