There has been a lot of discussion on this forum on whether or not a "conservative" can or should support Mitt Romney in the general election.
I am 60 years old, and for all of my adult life, since I joined the U.S. Navy at age 17, I have fought the EVIL ideology that is socialism/marxism/communism/statism, call it what you will. And it IS EVIL. It destroys the human spirit. It reduces every individual to a state of hopeless dependence on an all powerful state, run for the benefit of a few favored, powerful, connected people.
We all KNOW that B. HUSSEIN O. is a communist, and truth be told, an islamist supporter. So, he MUST be defeated and destroyed, along with his ideology.
However, myth obamney is also a "progressive" (read COMMUNIST), BY HIS OWN WORDS.
His actual record is indistinguishable from B. HUSSEIN O.

Therefore, I will NOT vote for a socialist/marxist/communist/statist, REGARDLESS of party label. I WILL NOT VOTE FOR myth obamney in November. I will vote for the Constitution Party candidate, Virgil Goode, or I will write in my DOG over EITHER major party candidate, because they are EXACTLY the same.
Before you start to flame me, ask yourself this: IF myth somehow is elected, do you REALLY expect him to roll back ANYTHING that B. HUSSEIN O. forced on us? ObamaCare??? That is RomneyCare. EPA rules and regulations? Labor relations rules and regulations that empower unions? Energy policy? IS THERE ANYTHING that the rooster-sucking, goat-humping statist socialist/communist Myth Obamney will eliminate? I would suggest that his whole f**king record says not only "no" but "HELL NO!" There is NOTHING he would change.
So, for all the myth obamney lurkers, go back to your f**king candidate and tell him I said he can take his "God in waiting" cult beliefs, his f**king "magic underwear" and his f**king communism and GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!

See to me that IS the agenda by those who are now running the entire show, for a socialist President, to move this country that very direction.
Obamas managed to redistribute wealth to the '3rd world nations....now it's Romney's 'turn/appointed time' to wrap up the wealthier nations, banks, investment firms etc......so the march for Global Governance can ensue.
So no, I will not sign onto this program....nor give my written consent via my vote.
The "trick" is to make everyone "believe" this is about Obama vs. Romney....when in fact the fix is in ..the decision is made....we go socialist regardless of either winning.
The "chance" to stop this was in the Primary....that's pretty much a done deal now unless somebody comes up with a plan before either of these creeps gets sworn in.
If the “choice of evils” is the best the twin-party ‘sham’ can do in 2012,.... genuine conservatives have no choice but ‘to reject both the choice’ and the partisan process’ being stage managed to produce it.
...both are wired to take America the socialist path, in order to hook the nation up with the Globalist agenda. You can sign on if your wish...I’ll not offer my vote of consent to either.

The GOP/Rhino's/Demo's are all out to save their parties......"the people" are out to save the country. This is the distinction. Perhaps before one or the other is sworn in we'll see there is door number 3.....God is not finished with this nation yet....or is he?

You’ve probably heard the saying: “Politics is like sausage;if you knew what went into it, you’d never go near it.”
I dunno, I’ve seen it change quickly, just when I thought it was hopeless.
The world is indeed doomed. I however am saved as are any who believe in Christ and keep the Commandments.
My faith is not in men or the systems and politics of men, neither was the faith of our Founders put into men.

I never said, suggested or implied that I am giving up. But you cannot win a war to survive if you do not know the reality of where you currently find yourself and your enemy.
Pretending it's the same old as always and things will continue as they have, or that all we need to do is vote the same as we did before (for the lesser of evil) to save our skins, is assuring the certain defeat being engineered for us. It's time to think radically different, and remove ourselves from the constraints the lawless have placed upon us.
We need to recognize first and foremost that we have sinned as a people charged with keeping the culture and we need to do 2 Chronicles 7:14. Barring that, it is evident to me that God has given our people over to the consequences justly earned for compromising with sin and evil, time and again until we justify the evil as good, and decry the good as an evil.
So what? The dirty words just magically vanish when our kids “should be up”?
I agree with nifster. Grown ups should be able to communicate without the profanity. I always believed that governing oneself was a big part of what America was all about.
Another poster suggested that we keep our children away from Free Republic till after the election. Really? Does Jim want FR to be a kids free zone?
I do agree with the sentiment on Romney though. No way am I going to vote for him.
What’s twisted? Failure to vote against Obama is voting for his liberal supreme court justices. Most elections come down to voting against someone rather than for someone.
