Barney Frank does the same thing in every interview. He starts spouting off at the mouth, lying and then when interrupted, says “don’t interrupt me, may I finish” etc. It’s his tactic. He thinks he’s always on the floor of the House and that the “chair” should allow him to speak.
Barney was trying to fillibuster and keep his opposition from making a point.
Standard leftist “jamming” technique that they are trained in.

Sunday Barney Frank debates Tennessee Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn on ABC this Week and didnt get the support from George Steph that he got from Chris Matthews last week when the two beat up on clueless Tony Perkins on Hardball. Frank kept on asking Steph for help but from the look on his face he was unimpressed with Frank's constant whining.(This was funny.)
What I loved was the fact that Blackburn acted so polite and professional and adult while Frank had one hissy fit after another, All I can say is I want Frank on all the network shows representing gays with his hissy fit act.
Steph must have been thinking :”This idiot Frank is blowing it for us”
Contrary to some opinions here, I think the whole 15 minutes is well worth watching as a short but accurate primer on TDB (Typical Democrat Behavior).
Franks continual bloviating and spewing, interrupting and interjecting, and spun-out tantrums showcase exactly what’s wrong with his party.
Blackburn was a model of civility and maturity by comparison.
