Judge fines protester who got a mouthful of pepper spray

PORTLAND, Ore. - An Occupy Portland protester who was blasted in the face with pepper spray was found guilty this week of ignoring police orders and will now have to pay a fine.

A judge has now fined Nichols $260 for not listening to police and following their orders that day.

The only thing wrong with that picture is a baton about to be smashed across her skull as well. I got in a fight with these sc*mbags last year down near Wall street. I was driving down Broadway and they were “marching” in the street and started banging on my car, so I got out and started banging on their head which was nuts because it was like 100 against 1, even though the men punch like girls, then the cops broke it up. This Bloomberg, I cannot wait for this POS to go. That’s the only reason these terrorists were allowed to constantly terrorize the people day after day. They have their “rights” but not small store owners who want to defend themselves against ghetto thugs who regularly rob and kill them. “Oh noo sooorry, only the ghetto thug can have a gun. However, as I understand it, some on the other side of the ideological fence are very unhappy with the way the government is treating them. I don't believe they will just roll over and allow things like this to happen. If you are REALLY unhappy with the way things are going, then you have to be prepared to give even your life in the protest.
If you're not that unhappy, then don't be out there where they can spray you in the mouth. If you are that unhappy, then make sure someone pays for spraying you in the mouth. Either...or. A lawsuit, even if won, is not going to solve anything.
