> This sumbitch placed one of his damned pressure cookers deliberately next to an eight year old child. If there was any justice in this world, they would make him sit on one and let it frikkin blow his worthless self to kingdom come.
That’s altogether too quick.
strap him down to a concrete slab, spread his legs apart and give the father of the murdered little girl a claw hammer and 15 minutes of privacy.
If you don’t want terrorists to have constitutional rights, don’t make them citizens.
Too many people think it could never happen to them, so they just don’t think period.
Just like everything else the meaning of “terrorist” would continually be redefined to include more and more people.
It would be no different than what they do to redefine a .22RF rifle to where it is defined as an assault rifle.
The Hutaree arrest was based on nothing more than a bull session in the woods that was inspired by a federal informant. In fact if you’ve ever read the report, that bull session was tamer than things we regularly see posted here at FR.

The feds accused them of plotting a simultaneous attack on police all across southeastern Michigan and northwestern Ohio. In the end they possessed no explosives and apparently never sought them or could be conned into buying any.
Don't elect one president!
The transcript of the hearing, signed, sealed and delivered ... :-)

Oh ... don’t worry ... we’ll all be back to supporting the US Constitution again, when it’s a subject we agree with ... LOL.
People wouldn't have the slightest clue they have the makings for a WMD in their possession.
A terrorist could be anyone.
Just like with the Hutaree, they can target you at will.
Al Qeada actually recommends match heads for a pressure cooker bomb. Its a very low speed explosion that builds up a great deal of pressure in a pressure vessel.
It’s just that simple.
You have a pressure cooker and some matches, you are a terrorist in the process of assembling a bomb.
Some of these people better start thinking about what they want, they may not like what they get.
You sound like one of those....
“Islamaphobic”, “racist”, “restrictionists, who merely think of themselves as conservatives”, “ bitter-enders who are still responding to radio talk-show hosts from eight years ago havent noticed that the world has shifted from underneath them,
that Grover Norquist warned us about! [yes, sarcasm]

Yes, let us give the government the power to not recognize the rights of anyone they deem a “terrorist” - what could POSSIBLY be wrong with that?/s
Is WND really THIS stupid?
There’s one big problem with “no civil rights for terrorists”, and that is, as long as Obama, Jarrett, Napolitano and and Holder get to define who is and who is not a terrorist, all of us are skating on thin ice.
That’s MY 2 cents.
Neah. Still need to make sure they’re actually guilty and not scapegoats.
But the Chechen scumbag has confessed, so, in a sane world, the prosecution would call two witnesses ask “Did the accused say this?” then turn it over to the Defense - and the Judge should tell the Defense to keep it short - the jury doesn’t to work the whole day on this...
One important thing to understand it that he wasn’t going to be denied rights. Miranda only means that he must be informed of his rights.
Kinda funny that in 1895 the supreme court ruled that jurors need not be informed of their rights but the later Miranda ruling says that the accused must be informed.
Frankly I think better education is the real answer to this conundrum.
These days, I think you have to inform the suspect of his Miranda rights or everything he says prior to being informed of his right is inadmissible; in certain, circumstances, this can apparently be delayed up to 40 hours but that was news to me. So getting the defendant informed is important.
As for the jury, they should be informed that they sit in judgement on the law as well as on the defendant...
Below, Anderson Cooper Interviews a very brave Boston Bombing victim Heather Abbott.

We can't help feel for this attractive and very well turned out victim as she comes out of surgery to tell her brave story of survival.
However, a quick search of Hollywood actors and actresses who are available to perform in TV, movies etc, we find a professional actress advertising her trade. She's not the only crisis actor we found advertising their skills on Hollywood Amputees. Look at Heather's professional bio. below

The truth is a valuable commodity that our government is using to deceive us. Why are they boosting the terror in Boston through the use of actors & actresses? They don't seem to be trying to hide their involvement very well, might be a more important question?
Stay Safe,
Michael
