they are brain storming right now on how to use medical records in 2014
It’s like the STASI on steroids.
Yet another”BIG SIS
?Where’s George Orwell when we need him???????????????
when one of these hacker groups decides to post the medical records of every celebrity, politician, athlete, etc. all over the internet for the world to see...it’s going to be a fine meltdown to watch
That’s interesting. I had an appointment @ the VA 3 weeks ago and mine were lost it seems!
"That's a man, baby!"
Judith Faulkner is the recently named Obama medical records czar. She was not only put in charge of deciding which company would be used for Obamas official electronic medical records system, but she also just happens to have an electronic medical records company of her own.
And, gosh, it seems her company is suddenly quite busy and just might be in line to become THE electronic medical records company. Imagine that.
One good electromagnetic pulse is needed in DC....
Epic is the most God-awful EMR ever. It loses millions for every hospital system that switches to it. But they still keep switching to it. Are hospital executives being paid off (or threatened)?
Using Epic is like being slowly lowered into a chipper/shredder while someone is scraping their fingernails across a chalkboard, only worse.
Putin just called Obama demanding he return the KGB.

Faulkners company isnt just working on various government contracts. She also has some big union contracts, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) for one one of the biggest government employees unions.
Kaiser Permanente (SEIU-UHW)
Cleveland Clinic (SEIU)
Cedars Sinai (SEIU-UHW and CIR-SEIU)
NYU Langone Medical Center (SEIU)
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (SEIU)
Harvard Community Health Plan (SEIU)
Sutter Health (SEIU)
Geisinger Health System (SEIU)
I suppose with her close connections to the SEIU, a big Obama supporter, it shouldnt surprise that she is suddenly favored by Obama for appointment to one of his big committees, one responsible for spending big Obama bucks.
The purpose of federalizing the healthcare system had nothing to do with reducing costs, quite the opposite. The purpose of federalizing the whole healthcare system was to unionize it under it a single federal union, creating a permanent Democrat voting block.
The same delay and deny tactics that we have observed in the politicized IRS will then be implemented into the healthcare system. As a matter of fact, much of the politicization has been codified in the Affordable Care Act in the form of Affirmative Action type programs.
All politics aside for a moment, the software product that Judy built - called Epic - is by far the best electronic medical record system for coordinated patient care in the world. She’s beat the competition in the market hands down. I can’t stand her politics, but I credit her great product.
Companies buy it because it is the best, not because it costs the most!
So, the question I have is, if I didn’t sign a release of my medical records to the US Government or Epic Systems, can I sue them, the hospitals and my doctor, for medical malpractice or invasion of privacy?
Dang,, look at those Black Eyes.
Remember this?
Halliburton! Auuuuuggggghhh!
