After the Girls of Zimmerman are Gone
ClashDaily.com ^ | 6/26/13 | Donald Joy

Posted on 06/27/2013 5:35:20 AM PDT by IChing

I know what I’m doing this summer.

Once the verdict is in, I’ll be able to turn more of my attention to other things (like fending off rioting, marauding, murdering Obama legions) –but until that happens I’m mostly transfixed, watching as much of the George Zimmerman trial on live web-streaming as I can get away with, given other responsibilities.

I know there’s so much more going on these days. As I’ve said before, it’s all just too much. Considering the egregious, massive tidal wave of government scandals and treachery, forgive me if I’m developing a jaded detachment.

But for this, for now: A female judge presides, and six female jurors will rule over the fate of neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman. The case fascinates me and many others, for aspects besides the racially-motivated railroading of an innocent man, and 2nd-amendment controversy.

Here, estrogen has entirely co-opted our culture’s erstwhile, time-honored standard for jurisprudence and legitimate due process. Verily I say unto you, the root of words like testimony, testate, and testament – all of them relating to establishing validity and truth, as tested and found in legal proceedings – is the same root-word as that having to do with authentic maleness; in testes and testosterone.

In fact, the word testicle resulted from the method by which the ancients attested to the verified virility of someone whose biological maleness was up for confirmation; the verifier simply reached under the garment of the guy in question, and then gave testimony as to whether there were a pair of gonads attached at the groin. It’s true, look it up.

Still, I have enough confidence in the outcome of this kangaroo court to stick to my glimmer of optimism. As I’ve written previously here, I yet believe barely enough in the process that I predict a finding of not guilty.

To prove murder, the prosecution has to show evidence which contradicts Zimmerman’s’ story of legitimate self-defense. They can’t. Because they don’t have it. Because it doesn’t exist.

As for the endless false claims that Zimmerman improperly followed Martin after allegedly being told not to do so by the non-emergency dispatcher, I’ll first say that the dispatcher testified yesterday that he is trained not to give orders, only non-binding suggestions. Next, I offer the actual segment of dialogue from the call:

Dispatcher: ”Are you following him?”

Zimmerman: ”Yes.”

Dispatcher: ”Okay, we don’t need you to do that.”

Zimmerman: ”Okay.”

Zimmerman’s account is that he was turning to get back into his truck when ambushed by Martin, who had already had plenty of time, far more than enough, to just continue on to the townhouse where he was staying (the time-line proves this) – but that instead Martin suddenly appeared and accosted Zimmerman, abruptly decking him with a sucker-punch; then hammering his head into the concrete; then trying to smother him; and then grabbing for his concealed gun (telling Zimmerman, “you’re gonna die tonight motherf*****!!) when it became exposed by Zimmerman’s shirt riding up his torso as he desperately squirmed and writhed and screamed for help, flat on his back underneath Martin’s mounted attack.

Zimmerman’s injuries, along with tape recordings, painstakingly vetted time-line analysis, and the testimony of multiple eyewitnesses all back up his assertion that Trayvon Martin was the aggressor, and that Zimmerman was literally fighting for his life when he shot Martin.

The prosecution has only spin, pathos, outright lies, and “coulda, woulda, shoulda.”

Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara has already destroyed one key prosecution witness who took the stand yesterday. The unfolding of the trial so far this week has been highly compelling. The action on related Twitter hashtag streams is particularly troubling, as to the level of rabid ignorance from Zimmerman-haters, and the extent of their promises of riots if Zimmerman is acquitted.

Speaking of yesterday, we also got yet another glimpse of a what a world without a George Zimmerman around looks like. A ghastly, sickening video featuring a towering, giant black thug savagely beating, over and over, a young white mother in her living room (it was a home-invasion robbery, caught on nanny-cam) and in front of her terrorized toddler, went viral on all forms of media. Yes, yes, I know, I’m a racist for bringing it up, and for including the races of the perp and victim in my description. Sue me already.

While you’re at it, sue the FBI and various other statistical clearinghouses for having the hateful bigotry to report the fact that young black males, around 3% of our country’s population, commit upwards of half of the violent crimes and murders. These reports are not merely the result of what many spuriously claim is unfair policing and prosecutions – along with Uniform Crime Reports, the statistics also come from, and are corroborated by, actual compilations of National Crime Victimization Surveys, aggregates of data obtained when victims of crimes are asked about the race, etc., of those who preyed upon them.

Just to silence any more shrieking about alleged bigotry, and bogus claims that racial profiling is immoral or otherwise wrong, I’ll ask anyone who thinks so, to tell me if it is immoral or in any way wrong to be more inclined to seek out male subjects when a crime has been committed, and no workable description of the perpetrator is available.

Males overwhelmingly commit more crime, especially violent crime, than females do. With incomplete information, compiling profiles of probable suspects using gender is moral and right, just as including race as an element in developing a criminal profile is moral and right – because it’s realistic, and necessary, to carrying out good, effective crime-fighting.

Resources are limited, and it is insanity to engage in fantasy-land, wistful folly that ignores facts (for the sake of political-correctness) when lives and property are at stake. Just as actuaries must base their work on realistic probability, so must we all base our life-and-death decisions on probability, when seconds count and we have limited information and manpower. Jesse Jackson reluctantly agrees with me on this, by the way.

It’s not my fault that young black males, as a general demographic, tend towards such violence and criminality (the subject of a whole other book to be written).

Nor is it George Zimmerman’s fault that he found Trayvon Martin’s behavior suspicious. Based on the toxicology results, it did turn out that Zimmerman was accurate in reporting to the police dispatcher his sense that Martin was on drugs. Remember, as well, that Martin had been caught by school police with a large quantity of women’s jewelry and a sharpened screwdriver (evidence of his involvement in burglary) in his bag, and that he had been suspended for breaking into an area which was off-limits. I believe Zimmerman’s account of Martin’s suspiciously wandering around in the rain, peering into houses and porches.

Call me a racist all you want (I practice what I call “embracism,” actually), but do go ahead and research Zimmerman’s involvement in the Sherman Ware case in Sanford, in 2010, before you go joining the lynching party howling for his supposedly racist hide. The media will not inform you about Zimmerman’s activism on behalf of a homeless black man in the Sherman Ware case, because the media is dishonest.

Due to space limitations, I’m not even going to go into the rest of the pile of evidence that Martin was a violent thug, mostly gleaned from his social media accounts and texts.

At the Retreat at Twin Lakes townhouses complex in Sanford, Florida, in the months preceding the night in question, there had been at least seven break-ins and home invasions, all of them done by young, black males. And just like in the horrific video I mentioned earlier, one of them took place in broad daylight while a mother was inside her home with her very young child, leaving both of them traumatized and eager to attend the organizing meeting to support the formation of the neighborhood watch project led by Zimmerman, in coordination with the Sanford police.

George Zimmerman was a good neighbor in his besieged community, and a cautious, concerned citizen who, first and last, called for help.

Estrogen cannot solve everything, especially when the riots start.

Zimmerman will be found innocent and there will be no riots, other than a few rent-a-mob types.

You’re probably right. I do hope you are.

It’s quite a spectacle watching the prosecution put on witnesses who can’t even form a complete sentence and spazz all over the place under cross-examination.

If the trial goes as it has, with the utter discrediting of prosecution witnesses and a resultant not guilty verdict, even the violence-fomenting race pimps (need they be named?) may hesitate to do their usual rabble rousing.

Heads up....the trial resumes within minutes.

The tempermental Dee Dee is still on the stand...and the defense attorney will demolish her within 120 minutes (if she doesn't do it to herself in a shorter period of time).

I am anxiously awaiting the resumed testimony of prosecution witness, Ms Rachael Jantel this morning...still wondering why the judge didn’t hold her in contempt after her theatrics in the courtroom yesterday...her snide remarks and outbursts of displeasure in having to be there were completely uncalled for...

Jesse, Al and the NBPP have all stated that if GZ is acquitted, there WILL be riots.

The NBPP have stated that if GZ is guilty, there WILL be riots.

Yes, there are rent-a-mob types on the ground in Orlando right now. And don’t forget the campuses around the area, filled with college brats who would willingly join the party.

This is a telegraphed punch. There WILL be riots.

One has to wonder in the wake of this railroading of George Zimmerman, how many good citizens will come forward and volunteer themselves to neighborhood watch programs when their neighborhoods are experiencing problems.

IMHO, allowing this charade for the sake of appeasing the permanently offended minority will only hurt us all in the long run.

I also am transfixed to the case, am pretty sick of the Obama scandals, though important, it is to late, we lost, Obama was re elected, The country will soon have gay marriage, the end is near.

Yes the country has gone to hell in a hand basket.Majority is now celebrating anti Christian values

So I root for poor ole George, the prosecution crowd is so shameful, on HLN you really cant find a decent defense attorney that is not on prosecution side

They talk about race but fail to mention that dems are lining up against George for sake of politics

Pretty sickening....Myself am always on the right side of these cases.

One black woman last night on HLN said that people need to give benefit of doubt to the crazy Rachel???

Not a single lawyer on that panel corrected her and said///NO it`s the defendant that is supposed to get benefit of doubt

They point to one particularly extraordinary artefact as evidence that [Pope Joan] existed – a wooden chair with a hole in the seat which, it is claimed, was used for 600 years to establish the gender of would-be popes in the wake of the Pope Joan scandal. Papal candidates were supposedly made to sit on the 'sella stercoraria', which is today owned by the Vatican Museums, while a deacon prodded their genitalia from underneath to make sure of their manhood.

Deuteronomy 25:11-12
"If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity."

This is a man's law, right here. When Conan became king at the end of Conan the Destroyer, you can bet he made sure there was a rule just like this his first day in office. "Ladies, we respect your right to resolve disputes in whatever manner you feel necessary for the situation. But, DO NOT GRAB THE JUNK."

The words in the Bible are actually those of God, speaking to the Hebrews and taking time to add the junk-grab rule into the supplemental commandments that didn't make it into the original 10. This had to be right after God realized his plan for a male-dominated society had a fatal flaw, which is that the women could prevail in any conflict simply by grabbing the men's junk.

The big difference between South Central LA of 21 years ago and present-day Orlando is that California had not had CCW for 19 years before Reginald Denny got his head caved in like Florida has.

How many of the intended victims of the race-riot mobs are going to be armed that day, you think?

I know plenty of people from the Orlando area who will be going about their business with a pistol strapped to their hip. Unfortunately, I know plenty of people from the Orlando area who will likely be cowering in their homes on that day as well.
