A New Jersey waitress and former Marine says she was "offended" after a customer left an anti-gay note on a check in place of a tip because she is a lesbian.
Dayna Morales, a server at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, N.J., said a family dining at the restaurant Wednesday night skipped the tip on their $93.55 bill and scribbled an explanation why.
"It says, 'I'm sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle and how you live your life,'" Morales told ABC News station WABC-TV Thursday.

This reminds me of the guy from a week or two ago who supposedly wrote something racist for the tip but it turned out it was a takeout order and the handwriting didn’t match.
Given the recent spate of “servers gone bad,” I’m definitely skeptical as well.
I often leave cash tips for my servers, and I’ll write “Cash” on the tip line for the server to prevent these sorts of shenanigans if they think my wife or I were being particularly painful.
Besides, how did this couple know the server was a lesbian? If you’re in my face about your sexual proclivities, I’d likely think twice about my feelings for you as well.
I use only cash when I dine out.
There’s two sides to every story. There has to be a reason she won’t go after them. Maybe she touched their kids the wrong way...(she shouldn’t be touching them at all)...or said something promoting her lifestyle...
I’ll never understand it. I thought the point of being a Lesbian is that you are attracted to women, but most of these “womyn” look more masculine than most guys.
It’s just so confusing.
