Sadly whites continue to financially contribute to her even as she blatantly shows her own racial prejuduce. Probably lots more like her too, and their hatred/resentment of whites is just under the surface of their public facades. But let the facade down and see the hatred boil over.

And we thought Rwanda and Tutses fighting each other was bad...man’s capacity for evil, violence, hate is exemplified in so many sad historical clashes between tribes, sects, races, religions, cultures, countries. Our human failing of hate is not limited to just one of these groups.

I dare say that she lost a good portion of her viewers when she came out in support of Barack Obama. That would be roughly 50 % of her viewers. I know that her cable thing is not a huge success. She might try to say that people don't watch cable that much, but if she was still a huge hit her viewers would follow her to cable. That didn't happen. (People watch "Mad Men" in droves and it is on cable.) She lives in her own world where she can think everyone still bows down when she walks by. But it ain't happening.

You can't kick people between the eyes and expect them to adore you. Hence, Obama's 37 % approval rating.
