"In late September/early October, he was diagnosed with metastatic liver cancer. As of yesterday, my Mom was told that his liver is failing, and they can't seem to get his electrolytes corrected (potassium too high, ammonia level is too high, calcium is too high, and sodium is too low), which could be what is causing his awful confusion. There is talk about bringing hospice in, but the oncologist is hoping to start him on radiation therapy, since it seemed the chemo drug may have caused too many side effects."

Hi All. I am threeputtindude’s step-daughter. I thought I would post a quick update. I got back from the hospital about an hour ago, and they are saying he could go anytime in the next couple of days. Please continue to pray for the family, especially my mom, who has lost so much already this year (Her youngest brother passed away last month). I will do my best to let you know when he has gone to be with our Lord. Thank you for all of the prayers and well wishes!
