WASHINGTON – The Westboro Baptist Church, an extremist organization known for its anti-gay activism, announced that it will picket the funerals of the three people killed in Sunday afternoon’s shooting attacks at two Kansas City Jewish sites.
The church, which has famously picketed funerals of US military personnel and has protested against the American Jewish community, sent out a tweet shortly after the shooting saying, “Thank God for shootings at Overland Park KS jewish centers! Westboro to picket funerals. God did not passover.”

I really think these people are Democrat party plants to discredit real Christians. Sort of like the Nazis’ burning the Reichstag and blaming the Communists.
I wonder about that too, but, then, a lot of people cannot hate the sin without hating the sinner.

fred phelps, Sr died recently. But when he was at a nursing home his son wanted the protestors to stop protesting outside the nursing home. Probably the Synogogue will have a system in place to prevent these lowlifes from protesting

.being in Kansas City and knowing members of the Overland Park Police Department along with many other people the Johnson County Kansas Sheriff’s Department, I can guarantee you these people will not disrupt the funeral for this precious family.
.the Church of the Resurrection has approximately 10,000 members in their congregation. Pastor Adam Hamilton is one of the best known preacher’s in the Kansas City area. there will be plenty of protection in the area to prevent shooting this heinous search for me being even close to the church.

True. I agree with free speech, even when it offends. I’m not sure I could hold it against anyone who punched the men in the nose.
The people from the Westboro Baptist Church, those who picket funerals, are servents of Satan rather than servents of God. No servents of God would play on the grieving at a time when they don’t feel like fighting back. In other words, the Westboro group is a bunch of cowards.
Let’s see what happens when some group decides to organize and fight back. This should and will happen one day. It’s only a matter of when.
