As a side note to Romney’s vision for the country, please consider the following. Twenty Second Amendment issues aside, if Obama was to sincerely and verifiably (ahem) promise that he would help patriots force corrupt Congress back into its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited power “cage,” then it wouldn’t bother me if Obama kept the Oval Office until he decided to retire.

And although I will support whoever Obama guard Fx News nominates for Republican presidential canditate (I know that it’s not supposed to work that way, but ...), I don’t see any potential “conservative” candidates who wouldn’t help corrupt Congress to continue exercising constitutionally nonexistent federal government powers like all presidents have been doing since before Constitution-ignoring socialist FDR.

O Drama has to go, as dictatorship does not fit the American model.

The sheer fact he would consider this is a direct result of all the people voting for him last time.

He knows most of them will do it again. Because most are just like him. But I’ll bet you can’t find a one that will admit it in the voting booth.

The mainstream media will all endorse Mitt because they know he can’t win.

It should be “I’m a moron”. Because it would appeal to anyone that would vote for him again.

I saw him giving an interview this week. He said he is not running.

No. Not for the world on a silver platter would I vote for Mittens. If Satan himself ran as an independent capitalist in a replay of the 2012 election, then it’d be Lucy all the way for me.

He also said he was a severe conservative, against abortion and against gay marraige. Oh he said he opposes his own healthcare program too.

Hate to say it because I’m in anybody but Romney guy last time. I rather have Mitt then Jeb next time. Having the Bush name against Hillary would be a disaster.

“Doubling down on unelectable.”

You forget, it took Ronald Reagan 3 times to win. The third time was the charm.

Same here. I hate the lesser of two evils argument. Lesser of two evils will not get my vote.

Actually the truth is that you and those like you are the reason we just lost Iraq because none of your POS No matter what qualified RINOs would stand up to Barry. Sleep well. Because you share the blame.

You forget, it took Ronald Reagan 3 times to win. The third time was the charm.

Read post 40

The first time he ran Reagan was a sitting governor already identified as a conservative leader, in his second run he was only months out of his second term as Governor of California, and he almost knocked off a sitting president as the counting went on after midnight "Ford prevailed with 1,187 delegates to Reagan's 1,070".

It was during Reagan's third run that Romney left the GOP, eventually to become a democrat supporter, fund raiser, and even voter.
