For pity sake, Todd. Your hole is deep enough already. Stop digging.

One would think after him single handily lost a sure Senate seat he would slither back to where he came from. But no he wants to extend his 15 minutes of infamy and has a book to sell.

Nobody paid any attention to Todd since the last election. Now that election time is approaching, state-controlled media wants to dredge him up for their never-ending “Republican war on women” extravaganza.

How is Politico spinning the whole thing of Hillary laughing about defending a child rapist, slut shaming her, and being a rotten person?

For pity's sake, DoodleDawg. His hole is deep enough already. Stop continually posting FR attacks on the man. It's just a book!

Because Akin is a complete and total IDIOT, as many of us said during his campaign.

Is Akin actually running again, or is the media just hoping to bask in the continued glow of this fellow's rhetorical indiscretion?

For pity's sake, DoodleDawg. His hole is deep enough already. Stop continually posting FR attacks on the man. It's just a book! You post what you want and I'll post what I want. The man has done enough to my state. I'd like to make sure he doesn't do any more harm.
To: DoodleDawg
He really needs to shut up.
With that said, I recently read a remarkable book, The Waiting by Cathy LaGrow, about a woman who was conceived by rape in 1928. She met her biological mother for the first time 77 years later, only to find out that her grandson had flown four space missions for NASA and that another grandson was a West Point grad.
More about the book at www.thewaitingbook.com. Incredible story.

Nobody paid any attention to Todd since the last election. Now that election time is approaching, state-controlled media wants to dredge him up for their never-ending Republican war on women extravaganza. It's not like they've had to drag a reluctant Akin kicking and dragging out of the shadows. He's thrust himself back into the spotlight; the media is just enabling him.

I say, keep swinging, Akin. Instead of coming to his aid, the GOP-E dug him a grave in the same way they are trying, and failing, to dig one for McDaniel today. Claire McCaskill in no way, shape, or form is a better representative of the Founders' vision for this nation than Todd Akin. Akin is a solid, reliable, Constitutional conservative vote at a time when this nation needed another one in the Senate most. The GOP-E and Republican lemmings helped the media ensure that voter would not find a Senate seat. That is the very definition of the circular firing squad we 'claim' to detest so very much. It's a shame so many, even on this forum, are eager to pee in Akin's Wheaties. We only hurt ourselves. Keep swinging, Akin.

Is Akin actually running again, or is the media just hoping to bask in the continued glow of this fellow's rhetorical indiscretion? I don't think he's said but I truly think he's testing the waters. Why else write the book and start attracting the media again? Maybe he's looking at governor in 2016?
If he really thinks he can run for office again we need to nip it in the bud.

How was she ignorant of her grandchildren... I don’t get the connection, unless it means the biological mother.
Akin seems to be tripping over his own ego which is sad. There are a lot of pro-life ways of dealing with the issue. Wallowing in old wives’ tales is not among them.
