America, Please Dial the Suicide Prevention Hotline.

It seems America has a steely determination to kill herself.

Let's look at the events of the last few days, since January 12, 2014.

Any one of these actions would be insane, if one wanted to protect America from radical Islam. Taken as a whole, it shows a pattern of Islamic affiliation, on the part of Barack Obama, that even liberals can no longer ignore. Further, that was only the last week's outrages. If you wish to browse deeper into Obama's collaboration with Radical Islam, please peruse Nachum's List. There are, literally, hundreds of similar examples. Most notable are Obama's expressed viewpoints, in which he has stated over the years: “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.” [The Muslim call to prayer is] “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.” “We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world — including in my own country.” “As a student of history, I also know civilization’s debt to Islam.” “Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.” “I also know that Islam has always been a part of America’s story.” “[W]e will encourage more Americans to study in Muslim communities.”

Some of these utterances are absolute gaslighting, and taken as a whole, show a great affection for Islam -- and a complete misjudging of who radical Muslims are.

The American news media, which seems to serve only as a propaganda vessel for the White House, never asks the hard question: Is Obama sabotaging America? In fact, the opposite is true: They act in concert with Obama. They cover for Obama and write articles that whitewash Islamic atrocities, and blame the United States for acts of Islamic terror. They plead for us not to 'backlash' against an aggressive and deadly extreme religious movement. They pontificate that we should surrender our First Amendment right of free expression, in order to avoid 'offending' Islam. There is a catch: Nearly everything America stands for offends Islam. It seems, oft times, that Islam is the Religion of the Perpetually Aggrieved. After all, a publisher cannot mention pigs without offending Islam. One may not depict Mohammad in any graphic, photograph, or cartoon, without offending Islam. A woman may not even uncover her face, without offending Islam.

It is an odd phenomenon, that a citizenry often elects a leader that leads in a manner that is directly counter to their own best interests. This tendency can be seen over and over again history: Israel elects enemies of the Zionist movement that brought Israel into existence. Germany permitted the rise of Hitler, a man who was filled with rage and who brought the nation, eventually, to its knees. Latin America, having had disastrous results with Socialism, repeatedly elect leaders who are further to the left than the ones who brought them ruin.

Now we have elected -- twice! -- Obama, whose love of Islam was not concealed, and we did so only eight years after the World Trade Center terror of 9/11. Let us stipulate, for the purposes of a thought experiment, that Obama is not an ally of Islamic extremists: If Obama WAS a committed Islamic jihadist who hated America, Jews, and Christianity, how, exactly, would his behavior be different?

America must steer off this suicidal path. We must chastise, and if necessary, remove Obama from power -- or at the minimum, bind his hands from action that would further harm us. The news media, consistently remiss and seemingly in league with forces that would destroy us, must be indicted by the citizenry, and we must demand that they embrace and defend the culture and nation that allowed them the freedoms they enjoy.

The Capital could have looked like that if the Muslim convert, Christopher Lee Cornell, also known as Raheel Mahrus Ubaydah, who the FBI, et. al. apprehended recently, had been successful in his well along plan to attack it had succeeded.

“Great article. I have often thought that what our elected leaders are doing in this country defies comprehension, unless you factor in concepts such as purposeful, premeditated treason.”

I just want to know, when the SHTF and they come after the leaders, where exactly do the leaders plan on fleeing to? Europe? Nope, burned that bridge. Israel? Nope, burned that bridge also. Which leaves Texas and we don’t want them either.

Except for Cruz and Abbott.

As many as 70,000 Muslim refugees will be relocated and resettled in America, with absolutely no discovery permitted as to the level of fanaticism or radicalization they may possess, nor any vetting to ascertain the likelihood that they may commit Jihad, in America, from within her borders.

I think this is the worst thing he has done to date. Make no mistake, he has done some heinous things, but this is the worst..

Earlier this week, in a frenzy to get it done quickly, a co-worker who is still active duty in the National Guard removed any and all references on her FB page r/t being in the military. As a veteran myself, I asked her what the hell she was doing that for !?!

She said that the enemy [insert name here] is scouring FB and other social media to find out who is military -- with some sort of nefarious intent. WTF.

She even suggested I turn in my "veteran" license plates. "Don't ID yourself as veteran (in public)" she said (I don't do social media).
She is, along with many other active and d/c veterans, fearful.
Fear is taking hold of those who are sworn to protect US.
I don't see anything on the horizon to calm their concern.

Seems we are losing the 9-11 war.

Americans may be so brainwashed they don't even see the coup that has taken place.

“They are not opposing Obama because they agree with him.”

Irrelevant Laz.......it doesn’t matter who is driving the bus, Obama, the Republicans or both, it’s the direction we are going and we the people will eventually take the wheel and alter the course. Obama’s overt radicalism will be the liberals undoing.

How can it not be the case that America has been so dumbed down that it is irrevocably doomed ? I really wish that I could be dissuaded of this mindset. But hey, the playoffs (playoffs are a permanent part of America) are on and the new season of Duck Pawn Idol Hardware Ice Truckers Criminal Chefs is about to start. To anybody who gives a damn, give it up - America was an interesting experiment in freedom, liberty, the rule of law and property rights - an amusing footnote in world history books yet to be written. Once you reckonize this slam dunk reality, you will be a lot more comfortable. Hope for a better tomorrow is a fool’s errand.

Now that the puppet masters see what blatant crimes a president can get away with, then next president will do even worse I fear.

Irrelevant Laz.......

Certainly. It's important, however, that I pointed out where I disagreed with your description.

No question. The problem is the time frame, and what follows. We have one communist country to look to as an example: The former Soviet Union. In that example, it took 70 years, and what followed was a kleptocracy with little to redeem it in terms of respecting citizen freedoms.

There are a few things that make a USSR/USSA comparison a little difficult: One, things move faster these days. That works to our benefit. Two, there is a global and international network of people who wish to suppress personal freedoms in the name of power, control, and profit. That works to our detriment. That also differs from the time of the USSR, when that global and international network sought to increase personal freedom.

So we have differing situations, but we do have a relatively recent example to draw some conclusions from. Those conclusions are not that encouraging.

Unquestionably. If not Obama, then one, maybe two Presidencies from now, we will have a true and bloodthirsty tyrant. We might have one now, if the rumors about rogue nukes in 2013 have any basis in truth.

We fought the war on poverty....and lost. We fought the war on drugs......and lost. We are fighting the war on terror....and are losing.
