Health Reform: The Congressional Budget Office now says ObamaCare will push 10 million off employer-based coverage, a tenfold increase from its initial projection. The "keep your plan" lie just gets bigger and bigger.

I am amazed that NO Republicans, either in congress or on TV, used the Obamacare employer mandate as an example for why raising the minimum wage would have negative results.

Both employer mandates to give out freebees to voters (and non-voters)

I would bet that the massive layoffs that have been reported on by IBM have a root cause in Health Insurance as mandated by the ACA.

And if the Supremes can actually read the law and understand it's obvious meaning then there will be another few million who will lose their Obamacare subsidies. The ruling is expected some time in June.

I think there is a wide recognition in Congress that the Supreme Court will rule against Obama. My guess is that the Republicans will come up with some "soft landing" legislation to ease the pain if it happens. Something to allow these people and the Insurance Industry time to put things back to normal. A few months until January 1, 2016 I'm betting. What a mess.

For all the “advantages” that the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010” was supposed to spell out, so far, it seems like there is a net LOSS of people who have access to health care coverage.

Patients are not protected, and the care is no longer affordable. How is that a gain for ANYBODY?
