Dr. Franklin Grahman was clear...I jotted down some of the things he’s said for my own file I’ll share here since you mentioned it...he’s very clear about what ISIS and ISlam is, and he has said so from 9/11 onward and not once retracted anything.

I didn't get that feeling. If anything the article shows just how badly the Administration is blowing it.
really, I thought the last few paragraphs were about essentially doing nothing except bleeding it slowly and accepting that as the only bad choice.
