(CNN)ISIS has released a new propaganda video showing what appears to be Kurdish Peshmerga fighters paraded down Iraqi streets in cages.
The video features a man saying the Peshmerga soldiers were captured by ISIS.
CNN cannot independently verify the authenticity of the video. But it shows at least 21 men in orange outfits hauled in the cages atop the beds of pickup trucks.
A man with a microphone bearing the ISIS logo interviews some of the captives, who say they are Peshmerga soldiers. Most of those interviewed say they are from Kirkuk. The prisoners, under duress, call on their fellow Peshmerga soldiers to give up their fight against ISIS.
The video also features superimposed bios for each prisoner. One captive is described as an officer for the Iraqi army.
The heavily edited footage also includes flashing clips of the recent beheadings of Christian Egyptians in Libya.
It's not clear what happened to those in the video. The last scene shows them alive.

21 prisoners again. They beheaded 21 Egyptian prisoners in Libya. Does the number 21 hold some significance with the religion of peace?
All this horrendous suffering is because Obama pulled out American troops from Iraq too soon.

One would think our Iman Obama would be striking at the heart of ISIS: command and control centers, encampments, communication centers...etc.

I can't imagine that either but if a shell explodes nearby, knocks you unconscious and you wake up in chains, tough luck. I'm not saying that is what happened with these men but it can happen.

I just watched the new Islamic Wahhabi Sunni video of the 21 Peshmerga captives. With thousand and thousand of moslems in the streets cheering them on, the captives are paraded through the city to be taken to there end where they are interviewed. None of the ISIS Islamic Wahhabis appear to need jobs. I hear they are well paid. The Kurds are Shafi school of Sunni (non Wahhabi). The Wahhabi KILL non- Wahhabi as infidels. There are 5 million of Islam Wahhabi Sunni and by far the most are Saudis ,like the ones that killed 3000 at the world trade center and ,of course, Major Nidal Hassan of “work place violence fame” who shot 50 people at Ft Hood Texas. Your enemy is Islamic Wahhabi Sunni.
I noticed that too. Where are all the videos we used to see of bombing the enemy and where is the media on all this.
The 9/11 attack was led by an Egyptian named Atta, a follower of EIJ’s Ayman al Zawahiri then al Qaeda #2. Atta was a member of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood, and attacked te US using the plans made by KSM, who was born in Balochistan, an area of Pakistan between Iran and Pakistan where for decades the locals were funded by the Baath Party of Iraq to harass the Shah of Iran.
