Guy Clark has been in ill health for awhile now. If you are not familiar with him, this is a good song to start with:
Guy Clark, Austin City Limits:
LA Freeway

Do You Know the Way to San Jose?--Dionne Warwick (1968)
Here's how to get to San Jose from LA:
Proceed east on I-10 to Rte. 89 and turn right
Continue south as Rte. 89 becomes Rte. 15
Continue southeast on Rte. 15 to Rte. 190 and turn right
Continue on Rte. 190 to Cuauhtemoc, where it becomes Rte. 9
At Quetzaltenango, turn left on Rte. 1 and proceed east to San Jose

"Stairway to Heaven" - Led Zeppelin......

I saw one listed named “Fahrt Zum hades”
I don’t speak German very well...
Does that mean
“Farts from Hell”?

Wow...so you love the old GENESIS, too? Their “Seconds Out” & “And Then There Were Three...” albims are definitely among my all-time favorites.

Going Back to Cali.
It’s funny. No one calls Calfornia Cali except people not from California.
First time I heard that song I had no idea he was talking about California.

“Supper’s Ready” could be considered a journey song, but it’s 22 minutes long.

What could be a better journey:
Van Morrison : Full Force Gale
I was headed for a fall
I saw the writing on the wall,
Like a full force gale
I was lifted up again by the Lord
