Get rid of the Court?

Not very sharp.
The issue is : Accountability.

Algorithm for saving America

1. Impeach.
2. Convict.
3. Repeat.

That isn’t going to happen, at least at the Federal level.

Perhaps President Jindal and President Abbott can come to a more beneficial accommodation for the long term.

Sure is worth having a discussion about exactly what the court is suppose to do. Their current power level wasn’t envisioned by the framers. When they write or re-write law they have exceeded their authority and we must curtail this. It’s my understanding that Congress has the authority to make some of that happen, it should.

This is an attack on both family and religion; the two bulwarks against oppressive government.

The gov. has already destroyed the black family and is working hard on doing the same on poor whites.

Academia has been and continues to attack religion and they're using our $$ to do it.

We should be able to vote for the Supremes — all federal judges — as we do locally.

And there should be term limits — as I'd like to see in congress.

I predict that within five years, those churches which refuse to perform same sex “marriages” will lose their tax exempt status. Within ten years, those priests and ministers who refuse to perform these “marriages” will be heavily fined and/or arrested. By the time my great niece (she’s 3) is an adult, it may be illegal for her to go to Mass.

Interesting that they issued the ObamaCare ruling first, and then Queer marriage ruling. Nobody talking about the ObamaCare ruling...just a coincidence?

When ISIS takes control, I don’t think they will have a lot of use for the Supreme Court.

Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. All federal judges to face a retention vote of the citizens of the Districts they preside over every six years. Failure to get a 50% retention vote will cause them to be removed from the bench. Three Supreme Court Justices will be put before the people every two years.

The only solution I can see is that WE, conservatives, get off our asses and get out there. Unfortunately we seem to be a leaderless blob. It was heartening when the Tea Party rose up, seemingly leaderless a few years ago.

We are not headed to the loss of our country and it’s Law and Order rather Law and Order have been dismissed by men, right before our eye. It is not a future probability. It is done.

Slash budgets to the bone. Shut down government if need be.

Here is a fun fact about Louisisna. It’s GDP is roughly 257 billion. For comparison’s sake, it ranks in between Finland and Egypt with regards to GDP.

This is stupid. The institution is just fine. The individuals in it, as in the two other branches, allow personal opinions and gain to influence their decisions.

The Supreme Court and all other feral courts need to be reformed. The idea of an independent judiciary is a myth, and that the judicial branch actively legislates from the bench a reality. All federal judges should be elected for finite terms, just like the legislative branch whose functions they are usurping.

The 5-4 ruling, which forces all states to recognize same-sex marriage under the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, will fundamentally transform the institution of marriage, he later said.

With all due respect, we should watch where we are going by inertia and as necessary change our course.

The idea that the government ever COULD say what marriage was led to it being a tempting target for this putsch. It is saner, IMHO, to call this for the exercise in farce it is.

Why not threaten secession? If he believes the court is corrupt and therefore the entire system of government is defunct, why does Lousianna have to honor their end of admission into the Union? Time for a divorce.

Wasn’t it Justice Thurgood Marshall who said that if an unconstitutional law stayed on the books long enough, it automatically became constitutional?
