Donald Trump Tells Fox News to Stop Booking ‘Clown’ Karl Rove

Donald Trump doesn’t just want to appear on Fox News — he’d like to program the network too.

The presidential candidate and active Twitter user fired off some tweets Thursday to criticize FNC for its use of political analyst Karl Rove.

“.@FoxNews You shouldn’t have @KarlRove on the air — he’s a clown with zero credibility — a Bushy!” Trump tweeted.

“.@KarlRove wasted $400 million and didn’t win one race — a total loser. @FoxNews.”

The $400 million number cited by Trump represents the amount of money Rove’s Super Pac, American Crossroads, raised in a failed attempt to defeat President Obama and high-profile Congressional Democrats in 2012.

Trump’s numbers are off a bit, as Rove-backed candidates did win some races. But the former senior aide to George W. Bush was subject to widespread criticism from Republicans for the substantial amount of money he received from high-profile conservatives relative to a modest number of high-profile victories.

Fox is showing it’s establishment colors by having this super pac head on as an “analyst”. That’s just ludicrous on the face of it.

It’s good advice. Fox News execs should heed it.

I’ve been urging, begging, yelling, reasoning with FOX to lose Rove for a long time myself. So I appreciate where DT is coming from.

Years ago when it became clear they are little more than an arm of the Establishment, I tuned them out except for Dobbs and Baier. And even them I only see once in a while.

And as soon as I heard Sean Hannity refer to Rove as ‘Sir’, that’s when I tuned his radio show off as well.

You have to laugh at Trump tweets. Each one is a direct hit.

While Rove has become irrelevant, Trump has lost personal fortune before and had his companies in Ch 11 a few times. People who live in crass houses should throw stones.

No, yahoo.com, you ignorant slut, that’s NOT what he’d “like to” do.

He’d like to criticize an extremely stupid habit Fox News has of repeatedly bringing on this one extremely stupid guest.

Rove is just horrible on tv. He represents every lefty stereotype about repubs. He is unattractive, uninteresting and unconvincing. His “whiteboard” prop is laughingly ridiculous. Really?! In this high tech age you got a little chalk board! Back to the buffet Karl...you are a proved loser.

I have never heard Karl Rove referred to as a clown except on FreeRepublic.

Sorry folks, but Donald Trump is speaking our minds.

I’m boogie boarding this Trump wave.

Once again DT hits one out.

I may not support his team, but I will stop what I am doing to watch him bat.

Trump is definitely not shooting across the bow. He’s going right for the midship of the GOPe. I like that he is also taking direct shots at the media.

Pretty sad that it takes a buy like Donald Trump to bring sanity back to US politics.
