Protesters shut down Bernie Sanders rally

Protesters who claimed affiliation with the Black Lives Matter movement stormed the stage during a rally for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in Seattle on Saturday, taking over the microphone and forcing Sanders to leave without ever speaking.

Moments after Sanders took the stage at Westlake Park, two women and one man climbed the stage and confronted the Democratic presidential candidate, demanding a chance to speak.

After several moments of confusion and confrontation, an event organizer took the microphone and said the protesters would be allowed to speak before Sanders. Some in the crowd booed.

On the leftwing totem pole of identity politics, black women rank far higher than does Bernie Sanders, who as a straight white male, is of course, at the very bottom.

So lefty Bernie realizes that these Black Lives Matter protesters clearly have a superior claim to his stuff, including his paid-for PA system, demonstration permit, public-event insurance, etc.

Current pole rankings have America-hating Muslims in the top spot. They are never to be challenged. Sexual minorities get second, racial minorities third, though membership in multiple groups complicates things.

I'm curious to see where #transraciallivesmatter ranks on the liberal scale... I got the best laugh out of a liberal I know who I told the story of the white woman pretending to be black who was the head of the NAACP in Seattle, then having them go off about it, then asking 'Though really, aside from surgery, there's really no difference between her and Kaitlyn Jenner...'

Her head likely would have physically exploded at that moment if it had anything but thin air between the ears.

Westlake Park is in the center of downtown Seattle. There are always cops down there.

First thing I noticed about the videos and photos of the rally is.....

Where are the cops?

Either Bernie told the cops to lay low, or the cops decided they would not interfere with the B.L.M. protesters.
