As pressure builds on Hillary Clinton to explain her official use of personal email while serving as secretary of state, she faced new complications Tuesday. It was disclosed her top aides are being drawn into a burgeoning federal inquiry and that two emails on her private account have been classified as “Top Secret.”
The inspector general for the Intelligence Community notified senior members of Congress that two of four classified emails discovered on the server Clinton maintained at her New York home contained material deemed to be in one of the highest security classifications - more sensitive than previously known.
The notice came as the State Department inspector general’s office acknowledged that it is reviewing the use of “personal communications hardware and software” by Clinton’s former top aides after requests from Congress.
“We will follow the facts wherever they lead, to include former aides and associates, as appropriate,” said Douglas Welty, a spokesman for the State Department’s inspector general.
Despite the acknowledgment, the State Department inspector general’s office has left numerous unanswered questions, including exactly who and what is being investigated. The office initially declined to comment and referred questions to the Intelligence Community inspector general’s office, which said it is not currently involved in any inquiry into aides and is being denied full access to aides’ emails by the State Department. Clinton, herself, is not a target.
The expanding inquiry threatens to further erode Clinton’s standing as the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination. Since her reliance on private email was revealed in March, polls in crucial swing states show that increasing numbers of voters say Clinton is not honest and trustworthy, in part, because of her use of private emails.

If what the news reports say are true, and Top Secret SCI documents were stored on a non approved non C2 certified device then someone is going to jail. it might not be Hillary but someone will go to jail.

Seriously, anyone else but a Clinton or Obama would be behind bars already. Call and write your senators. Ask them to DEMAND that Hillary Clinton be jailed until trial. Laws have to mean something.
At the very least, pass a resolution demanding the head of the Justice Department send Clinton to jail. There ought to be enough Republicans willing to do that.

My guess is that she was making money from gunrunning. Gotta have some spies to keep track of who all the players are. You can probably sell the same arms twice (or more) if you backstab the first buyer after receiving payment. And then you need to cover your tracks.

She took the SOS job because it was a great opportunity to rake in millions. Possibly better (near term) than if she were POTUS. The only downside for Hitlery is that it didn’t satisfy her insatiable need for power and control.

This point should not be lost on the public. Previously, Hillary said it was an old server that had been used by Bill Clinton. Current information released states that it was a server SHE had set up specifically for her SOS use.
No, this is coming from the rank and file. What you’re seeing from the DOJ is containment. IG’s are being denied access to relevant information by the DoJ and FBI. This is why the DoJ is suddenly investigating, to get ahead of the real investigators and shut them down by locking up the information.
Much hand wringing will take place, but ultimately it will come down to “mistakes were made but not of the criminal sort”, Hillary will be declared cleared and she’ll start bragging about being the most investigated politician in history, and the comeback kid of course.
Trump at some point is going to let the cat out of the bag that Bill had a little teen action going on the side. Can’t wait until that happens.

So Hillery was purposely using private computers so foreign government could pick through its content. This was in exchange for huge payouts. Well don’t that just beat all. She not only won’t go to jail, she might be president.
The media will maintain these are fabricated charges and Mrs. Clinton will be President.
