The summer has not been kind to Hillary Clinton. The drip-drip-drip of revelations about her possible misuse and mishandling of classified information threatens to become a deluge in the fall. They have taken a serious toll on her reputation — and even more notably, her treatment by liberal media figures who surely would rather she be elected even if the Risen Christ were to be the Republican nominee. Democrats are worried — so worried five donors who raised millions for President Obama as well as Obama’s chief Florida strategist have both sworn off Hillary and joined an effort to draft Vice President Joe Biden to save the party from an unelectable (or, dare we say it, indicted) nominee.
Should they be worried? Sure. People in politics should always worry, and since she kicked off her presidential campaign by talking about being “dead broke,” Hillary has been a worry-generating machine for any rational non-Pollyanna Democrat who doesn’t live in a Media Matters for America bubble.
But is Joe Biden a serious Plan B? No. There is no Plan B.

It will be Biden. If half the Democrats didn’t hate his guts it would be Kerry.
Since when is “seriousness” a factor - they elected a one-term Senator with no track record and a clouded past twice now. Biden is a rock compared with Obama when he was immaculated.
Plan “B” for Biden I’ll bet.

IMO Biden told Warren that due to his age he’ll only take one term. If she’ll run as his veep she can take over after four years. You heard it here first....or tenth.
The Presumptive Nominee, Her Thighness, First TransMarriage President, has a number of rivals, including Joe Biden (stop laughing), Bernie Sanders (imagine running against Doc Brown from Back to the Future), Moochelle (I think that's just a diversionary bluff), Jim Webb (who?), Martin O'Malley (a legend in his own mind), NY freakshow Bill "a.k.a." DeBlasio, Lincoln Chafee (someone's running mate, y'know, someone who doesn't want to win), Al "Jazeera" Gore, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi (might wind up a running mate, at best), and Lizzie "Lieawatha" Warren. There are really just three who can mount a serious challenge: Sanders is already well on the way to dumping the Pantsuit Pantload by beating her in caucuses and primaries, but he'll fade because he can't appeal beyond his base, evven with his half-baked "free college for everybody" scam; Joe Biden is the "my turn" gap-filler candidate, put forward because 2016 promises to be a very bad year for the Demagogic Party, with or without escalation by Iran, plus he smokem peace pipe with Fauxahontas; Al Gore is the only other one, and could very well be the nominee, because the touchholes on the left are still trying to double down on their global warming hoax, and he's filthy rich from his carbon credits scam. He's also lacking that "born loser" stamp seen on the should-have-been-hanged traitor John Kerry.

When Joe Biden announces his candidacy next month it will energize Hillary’s campaign.
Hillary will then be able to plausibly claim that the email brouhaha that has erupted this month was politically motivated by Obama and his Justice Department to help Biden, whom they knew was about to enter the race, overtake Hillary for the 2016 nomination.
Hillary will then be seen as a victim, and if there’s anything Democrats like it’s a victim. Instead of resembling the Wicked Witch of the West, Hillary will become poor little Dorothy with her little dog Toto being set upon by the evil, powerful forces of Obama and Biden.
Once this gets into full gear, it will be open warfare between Hillary and Joe, with Bernie Sanders easily vacuuming up votes from the many Democrats who are tired of the old order and want to put someone in the White House who will actually destroy Wall Street, just as many Republicans are being energized by the thought of Donald Trump in the White House actually stopping the flood of illegal immigrants into our country.
The fun begins next month.
