The second amendment and it’s “shall not be infringed” is “rule of law” that is constantly violated, so why aren’t those bastards in jail?

Cities across the country...Only the Left has a license to practice civil disobedience

And cities are indeed "The Left".

I’m a bit confused by the article. Don’t they mean a Fed Dist Judge? I assume that’s a typo and that some Cir Ct Judge hasn’t ruled in an emergency appeal (they don’t even do that anyway they use 3 judge panels).

Davis was sued and is personally a defendant before a federal judge. In that situation, she can be and was named in a personal contempt order.

Any time a government official is sued for failure to evenly apply a law, the courts dismiss the suit because the government has "prosecutorial discretion" and other prerogatives.

Progressives: No matter what some law says all people have a moral obligation to stand up for whats right and do the right thing. Doing wrong and then saying, “I was only doing my job,” is not an excuse! Except for Christians. Screw those guys.

Surely he’s speaking of some federal marriage law that congress enacted over the laws of every state?

No, then he must be speaking of Kentucky’s law that the legislature just rewrote after the Scotus ruling?

They didn’t? Oh, so he’s speaking of the section that he rewrote for Kentucky?

No, he didn’t try to impose legislation on Kentucky?

Well, what law is he talking about?

the Wolf putting on Little Red Riding Hood’s clothes and pretending to pick flowers.

Wait a minute, that's not how the story goes. Your wolf must be a trannie.

A lawyer for the couples, William Sharp, said “Thursday’s ruling demonstrated that religious liberty is not a sword with which government, through its employees, may impose particular religious beliefs on others.”

Ironic statement considering Billy supported using the sword on Kim Davis to get her to submit to the religious beliefs of his clients.

The decision from a month ago was appealed to the 6th Circuit, which upheld the original ruling. It is that original ruling that davis as found in contempt for violating, with a few weeeks between the order to issue marriage licenses to homos and the citation for contempt. The appeal from about a month ago was also styled as an “emergency.”

It is in court. Judges enjoy the perks of tyranny as much as any other despot.

Quite a bit of law is manufactured by judges. It's called "common law" and "constitutional law."

They may not be all that unflattering to Bunning, actually.

He could have slapped her with a $10,000 a day fine for each day of noncompliance and sent her home.

Instead he jailed her. No fine, no docking of her salary (I think), no financial harm.

The Totalitarian Left is put onto the defensive trying to claim that she isn’t a martyr, and even if she is all they wanted were financially ruinous fines, not jail. So it’s really not their fault.

The KY Democrats are freaking out, seeing their hold on the statewide offices and the Legislative majority put into jeopardy.

Im not making excuses for him, but assuming that Bunning was going to levy some sort of sanction for ignoring a judicial order, he seems to have stumbled (blindly?) into the one option most likely to gain her sympathy and support, make the Proggies look like a**holes a d completely undermine the KY Democrat political machine.

.
Sorry Judge, but the SCOTUS ruling was a canard, in that no couple that sought true marriage was ever denied that opportunity, thus the the 14th amendment has no relationship to the case.

The SCOTUS attempted to relate a union that bore no resemblance to marriage, to true marriage, thus their ruling was legislation, which is permitted only to the legislative branch by the constitution.

Davis is trying to uphold the law, and the judges are openly violating both the statutes of KY, and the Constitution of the US.

This "law" or principle does not apply to Kim Davis' higher-ups obviously. High-ranking US officials have declared they will not enforce selected "laws" and THEY do not sit in jail.

(This tyrannical system and the individuals wielding their own usurped authority unjustly will receive their due recompense at the appropriate Time and Place.)

Right. I was explaining how (one way out of literally hundreds) the judges see to it the laws are "lawfully" selectively enforced.

Sorry for the outright cursing, but bull shit.

Examples: Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, virtually every black congressman, MLK Jr, MLK Jr Jr, etc.

Take your liberal laws and shove them up your collective smelly Obahaholes.

You don’t have to obey them?

Neither do we.
