Donald Trump is well ahead of the pack heading into Wednesday nights third GOP presidential debate, according to a new poll.
Trump has a 14-point lead over his competition before the contest in Boulder, Colo., according to the One America News Network (OAN) survey.
Pollsters found support for Trump at 35.6 percent versus 21.7 percent for retired pediatric neurosurgeon Ben Carson, his closest competition.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) trails the pair with 10.7 percent, OAN said.
Its all Trump going into the third debate, OAN CEO Robert Herring, Sr. said in a statement Tuesday morning.
Mr. Trumps continued top national ranking will also make him the candidate to target Wednesday night, he added.
Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) ranks fourth in the new poll with 7.6 percent.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina follow, with 5.9 percent to her 5.7 percent, respectively.
OAN questioned 906 registered Republicans. The sampling has a 3-percent margin of error.

Hi! I'm Wendell Wilkie, the man nominated for President at the 1940 GOP convention, despite the fact I was a businessman who had never held political office before. You called?
Perhaps you might want to re-think your tactics of insulting everyone who doesn’t worship you candidate of choice. Does not seem to be working for you candiate
We can expect no less from them. They’ll do anything to take him out. But I think Trump will handle them...
Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) ranks fourth in the new poll with 7.6 percent.
LOL!
No, it was an old one from Oct. 7.
Eisenhower and Grant both never held political office before becoming president, though both were of course generals in the army. If Trump were to win, he’d be the first to win who held no previous government service experience.
He did well!
What are you babbling about?
I agree. He does need to get back on his economic message.
One day Trump is ahead. Another day it’s Carson. The polls reflect, imperfectly, the whims of a shallow, uninformed public.
Rejoicing in the results of one day’s poll is not smart.
Good numbers in a poll does not mean the candidate is going anywhere.
How many will be in this mockery of a debate?
I didn’t even realize it was this week. Until it gets down to 2 or 3, I think I am done.
I think it’s slightly different.
I think it’s slightly different.
I think the Carson rise in an orchestrated event. I still beieve Trump is way ahead. The people behind the Carson rise started with Club for Growth and the media picked it up as the best way to get rid of Trump. Through polling.
They are trying to demoralize the Trump voters.
Go, Trump, go!!
I think you’re spot on.
On the economy Trump leads with 70% of the voters feeling he has the knowledge and ideas to make things much better.
If people decide this election on religion we are lost.
God won’t save you from losing your home if the economy goes south. And the deficit spending will make that happen if it continues like Boner wants it too.
We will all be on bread lines like the great depression with these socialist Republicans raising the debt limit
I wish the libtard media would stop trying to force Trump and Carson to go after each other
They are the ones I like (along with Cruz)
My ideal is Trump/Cruz for 16 years of conservative bliss, with Carson on the Cabinet on health (HHS) and Palin on energy
(Ted Nugent on Defense, but that’s just me)
