Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Right now ISIS wants terrorism. I think Paris made that point.
That’s like asking, why spend your money on food now when you can invest it and have double the money in 5 years.
Movements like ISIS are like living organisms, sure they have long term goals, but they also have short term day to day goals critical to their existence.
They need financial resources, new recruits, etc, constantly, and you can’t get those unless you have achieved victories that you can point to people as evidence of why they should continue to support you.
I agree with you. And this location is freeway access easy to major freeways north south east west. Split up change cars and they would be away and gone in no time.
