Perceptions of his favorability, electability, and strategy on key areas have all improved over the past six months. In many of these cases, he has seen dramatic turnarounds with the GOP electorate.
Here's a look at the shifts: Favorability:
In a July CNN poll, just 51% of Republicans viewed Trump favorably, compared with 40% who saw him in an unfavorable light. In December, 72% of registered Republicans say they view Trump favorably. That contrasts with just 27% who view him unfavorably.
Electability:
In August, just 38% of Republicans thought that they would have a "better chance" of winning the presidency in 2016 if Trump was the nominee. Fifty-eight percent said that the party would have a better chance with someone else. In December, 46% of Republicans now see a "better chance" of winning the presidency with Trump as the nominee. That number has climbed to an almost even split with the 50% of GOP voters who think someone else would give them a better chance.

The GOPe need to get on board or go away. If they move to take out Trump and/or Cruz then I’m going to vote for ANYONE against their candidates. They need to lose the House and the Senate the way they act...like liberals.

I guess he’ll be forced to use the term “rug muncher” soon. Since contrary to expectations, the term “schlonged” hasn’t destroyed his campaign yet. Probably gave him a 5 point bump.
And just for clarity, when he or I use the term “rug muncher” we’re referring to insects and vermin that live in and infest carpets. Such as carpet beetles, crickets, and mice. Any unfotunate sexual connotation associated with the term is the invention of perverts, media trolls, and other miscreants with too much time on their hands.

As did I. I think I called him, "A fumble mouthed blowhard that can't speak a complete sentence." Now I don't think it matters one whit. If he brings 1/100 of his complaints to a head then he has my vote.

The more you hear Trump the more you like him. He’s very fast on his feet and makes no apologies. He’s willing to fight our enemies and punish them.
For too long we’ve treated Democrats as “the loyal opposition” when, in fact, they are enemies to our nation.
Trump appeals to the working class Reagan Democrats and blacks as well.
The MSM is absolutely terrified the Uniparty is coming to an end.
I think it is a healthy tension Trump with Cruz. Cruz will be Trump’s Attorney General in a great Justice department dragging these law breakers out from the Democrat party including Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton,and that scum at IRS. Many many indictments!!. The Vice President will be Newt Gingrich ,in my opinion. Newt has the legislative Savvy that Trump needs and he can step right in as President . He is a genius at the process. Also Trump avoids the Article II issue that looms.

I had hoped Cruz as VP could sit in the Senate and thumb his nose at those who have been rotten to him!
Most people have agreed his skill as Attorney General would be well used.
