Trump is having to spend money to run against a candidate who is potentially ineligible - that makes standing.

Now all you have to do is persuade a court of that.

Do you decide who has standing?

I read the Constitution as it is. Looked at what it said and made the right conclusion from that.

There is no period after NBC. If the Founders intended for NBC to be the sole requirement for eligibility then they would not have written the sentence as they wrote it.

Now that that’s settled you can post threads about Trump’s business failures...oh wait that’s not the drama you want to focus on

Isn’t running “negative” ads a big part of campaigning? Will Trump be willing to abide by the same restrictions? I doubt it.

As a Cruz supporter, I say let’s get on with the lawsuit already so that this can be settled once and for all.
Trump HAS the standing to file this lawsuit.

As a Trump supporter I agree. Let’s get this over with. ‘Cause I guarantee the democrats will do it.

If Cruz, born in another country, is allowed to be president, how long will it be before a muslim, born in the Middle East to Muslim American citizens, runs for president? Will any of us here be okay with that?

there’s no religious test for US president. If voters want a President who’s muslim they’ll reap what they sowed.

Silly guy! Of course not.
Standing is the Law, it is quite clear, which I submit I am able to understand with better clarity than the current trump-birthers. Probably because I am not deafened by the Pied Piper’s enticing tune to keep eyes tightly close and march on over the cliff.

Trump’s lawyers believe otherwise.

Re the “birther” wisecrack, you apparently haven’t a clue about the Constitutional issues involved with Cruz or Obama on their eligibility to be President. It is not settled law.

Your government has defined marriage between anyone as being the same as God's version, so, as it is now, you get your wish and a naturalized citizen is the same as a natural born citizen.

Trump should do whatever he can do as a patriotic American to end this charade parade of naturalized citizen presidential candidates.

However, it is Carson and the rest of the candidates who are hurt the most by Cruz and Rubio being deemed "natural born" and thus eligible.

Whatever. Our confusion is our shame, but, instead, we're rather proud of it and fight like hell to keep it.

"Here's your sign."

Both of them should.

I want to see Trump/Cruz 2016. Work together.
We’re stronger together than apart.

The two of them cooperating would give the Uniparty a collective heart attack.
