WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THE DEBATE? Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas; Ohio Gov. John Kasich; U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, and businessman Donald Trump.
WHO IS MODERATING THE DEBATE? Wolf Blitzer of CNN will moderate the debate. Telemundo's Maria Celeste Arrarás, conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt and CNN's Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash will also ask questions of the candidates.
HOW DID THE QUALIFY FOR THE DEBATE? Candidates needed to file a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission, be actively campaigning for the Republican nomination and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have received support from at least 5 percent of those who attended the Republican Iowa caucuses.
- Have received at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the New Hampshire primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the South Carolina primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent support in the Nevada caucuses.

I maybe wrong, but that tells me that the establishment is telling Donald “Play with us and we will leave you alone”.

Another lie from you. Trump said he thought single payer would have worked for us fifteen years ago but not now. In an interview Anderson Cooper interrupted and was talking over Trump. Trump answered the question of paying for the poor and Trump said they would be taken care of. Cooper said single payer when Trump was still answering that the poor will be taken care of.
Trump has pointed out that the poor already are taken care off at far to great a cost. Trump will introduce a new plan to take care of the indigent at a much more reasonable cost.
He probably has more accountants than the IRS. Not worried.
Cruz stomps Trump on Israel/Palestine.
I would think that the Obama administration would be a little peeved at Trump for that whole “birth certificate thing”. But I’m sure they would use the IRS for political revenge.
Not a good answer by Trump IMHO on the Israeli- Palestinian debate.
To try and imply that there isn’t a good guy or bad guy there is just wrong.
