Well ted, this is not a secure line but generally, since you apparently can’t get enough votes to win, you need to make a decision......would you rather continue being a Senator or would you rather be Justice of the Supreme court?
At the debate tonight, the first question should be “how many of you agree with Mitt Romney?” This will show us who really is with the establishment. I bet all the candidates will raise their hands except Trump, of course.
Trump’s best insurance is Sessions as VP.
Remember, kids, they were there to assure no Conservative won the Presidential nomination for the GOP and to equally assure Zero was elected and reelected. The RINO Establishment and the Democrats are one in the same. Same goals, same agenda.

Cruz’s campaign has gotten him in trouble before (Iowa/Carson),
I’m waiting to see Cruz himself make a stand on this Romney thing.
They’d rather lose election than lose perks from DC insider’s club.
I think it’s time for 3rd party. Let a new group of people in to break down those power structures.
Cruz needs to get out of the race. The GOPe is using him to split up delegates. Maybe Cruz is complicit.
The GOP-e can’t corrupt or marginalize Trump, no matter how hard they try (and paying off commenters to post anti-Trump nonsense on the Internet is certainly an act of desperation). Walker was corrupted by the GOP-e almost immediately, and Cruz is finally becoming corrupted by them as well.
I think Walker and Cruz lost out in large part because they were too poor to self-finance a campaign, and partly because they just don’t know how to manipulate a hostile media, though of course we cannot excuse their actions. Trump could easily beat out the RNC in a spending war, but he doesn’t even have to do that; he can manipulate the media into exposing the liberalism of the GOP-e and their hatred towards the hardworking, whites, Christians, and men permeating America.

I’m calling them Democrat operatives from now on because what they are doing goes waaaaayyyy beyond anything a GOP- E would do. They WANT Hillary to win. These guys ain’t Republicans in any way shape or form.

I don’t think it’s about the GOP Establishment wanting to “lose”.
It’s about the Uniparty creating the ILLUSION that the predetermined election results they intend to feed us, is legitimate.
Romney’s bash of Trump this morning was done to do one thing: create the excuse the Establishment will use to justify whatever shenanigans they intend at the convention, or why they will support Hillary in the General.

The silver lining is the GOPe is now dead. I have argued not so much against Trump, but for Cruz. However, at the end of the day there is no comparison with Hillary and Trump will no doubt grow with the job.
The GOPe has removed the veil and all pretense: they want control. They hate Trump and Cruz both, because both operate outside of their control.
Trump is about to respond to Romney’s speech... honestly, he should do so with something scripted while attempting to look a bit more Presidential, but even as a Cruz guy, I hope he kicks Romney’s ____.
Trump and Cruz need to figure out how to come together against their common enemy.
