On the eve of a crucial primary that could determine the Republican nominee, Ohio Gov. John Kasich is tied with real estate mogul Donald Trump in the Buckeye State.
Both have 33 percent support in the CBS News Battleground Tracker poll released Sunday morning.
The poll shows that Kasich does well among voters who say the economy is in good shape, pollsters noted, while Trump leads among those who feel the Buckeye State’s economy is floundering.
But Trump has a 20-point lead over his closest challenger in winner-take-all Florida. He has 44 percent support in the poll, followed by Texas Sen. Ted Cruz with 24 percent and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio with 21 percent.

kasich said he will legalize illegals within 100 days. He previously stated that it was inhumane to deport people.Heis just a one way ticket to socialism.
Kasich is the Dems’ favorite RINO.
Trump should unleash an attack ad blitz.

This poll was taken mostly before the Chicago madness which increased interest in the Trump Campaign. Kasich, Cruz, and Rubio all tried to blame the actions of organized leftist thugs on Trump which is not flying well with Buckeye State Republicans. It looks like Kasich had a good chance but he has now blown it.
I think it was CNN that did the math. If Kasich wins Ohio, he has to take 112% of the remaining delegates to win. LOL He’s not in this race to win outright. His function is a #NeverTrump function, and nothing more. He’ll be well compensated for his trouble.

Representative Maria Fudge said yesterday that Trump is a racist. If it’s close, that should switch enough votes to help Trump.

Ohio was Kasich’s to lose and he seems to be on the way.
Kasich was ahead and Trump has caught him.
After the Libtard attacks on Trump and Trump rallies I wouldn’t be surprised to see a sizable Trump surge.
Trump tried, but Kasich and his gov’t cronies found a violation and had it pulled.
Kasich is running around frantically blabing from that hole in his face that Mr Trump has toxic rhetoric. POS Kasich!
Hopefully Republicans in Cincinnati and Cleveland realize that they have a choice to make here... that when the leftist violence comes to their streets, they have candidates who will happily roll over and bow to the communists and BLM rioters, blaming other Republicans for the problems. And in addition, those same candidates support shipping every middle class job that’s not the “service industry new American Century” serfdom out of the country.
And then they have Trump, who will actually stand up to the leftists, and wants to throw out the book on free trade and get good paying middle class jobs back into this country where they belong.
After this weekend, the last remaining vestiges of the masks have all come off. It’s Trump vs. The Uniparty.
