As the Republican Party careens toward civil war, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus got onstage to sing Kumbaya at the most recent debate in Miami. Claiming to speak not only for the Republican Party but also for the conservatives, the Tea Party, our entire wonderful group of people, Priebus promised that all would come together and unify in Cleveland and get behind [our] nominee. Thats what we do as Republicans.
Indeed, thats exactly what the Republican Party has traditionally done. Year after year, the party has told grassroots conservatives we have to fall in line and support whatever milquetoast candidate the party nominatesthe Doles, the McCains, the Romneys. Not to do so, they told us, would amount to heresy, treason, and whats worse: a de facto vote for a Democrat.

The Trump supporters will have a slightly different plan if screwed out of the nomination. Heh heh.
The EXEMPT undocumented Democrats:
"We PROUDLY sent the IRS against you wacko-birds
who live ONLY to support us and our Moslem King,
may he and we rule ... forever."
In case of not Trump, prepare for a wipe-out.
If they thwart the citizens they make find people keep calm and become:
Kamikaze Voter
Every Democrat for every office in every election until there is no GOP
GOP-RIP
so McCain was protecting his Senate seat by harassing the Tea Party candidates ... amazing example of arrogance
Cruz would be ripped a big one against a Hillary or Biden. Cruz has the likability of a possum.
Same will happen to the non Trump GOPe people.
Hey, Priebus (and all the rest of you NeverTrumpers), guess what? never Trump = ‘never GOPe’.
If y’all screw the top primary vote-getter and top primary delegate-getter, then I’m writing that person’s name in for EVERY contested office, from President to dog catcher! I vote for the person, not for the good-ol-rich-boys club!
I might suggest to this writer that if she is banking on Republican legislators at the federal and state level, and Republican governors, being the salvation of the republic she might have over-drawn her account. The Republicans nationwide seem to have a very narrow viewpoint, with little that think possible in governing...about as narrow a view as their own checkbook and little more.
“Year after year, the party has told grassroots conservatives we have to fall in line and support whatever milquetoast candidate the party nominatesthe Doles, the McCains, the Romneys.”
It’s almost like they want the democrats to win.
I don’t think so because c and t will control 80% delegates for the rules committee. I think they’ll have no choice except for Trump or Cruz or both. The 8 state rule must stay the rule.
I will only agree that above T or C or T/C, if it happens to be T or C, I want the loser to publicly back it and we move forward.
Hopefully
I am getting old. When things get so bad that there is nothing left to lose...
Stupidity, down ticket won’t matter if either Hillary or Sanders gets the WH. The GOP has already shown they just cave to the dems.
If anyone other than Trump or Cruz is the nominee I will never vote in the national election again. If the GOP is willing to let the Dems win the whitehouse then I am ready to let the devil take over the world. Praying that the Lord will come back sooner rather than later.
Nope. The GOP SO screwed this year up I am staying home. I’ll never, ever vote Dim but to heck with all of em.
Cruz supporters: In case Of Trump, keep calm and turn out for the down-ticket.
Trump supporters: In case Of Cruz, keep calm and turn out for the down-ticket.
Decent Americans, whether Trump or Cruz supporters: In case Of some RINO loser, keep calm and turn out for the down-ticket.
If the next president is not someone who will repeal Obama’s entire evil and destructive legacy, including stopping Amnesty forever, we want enough time to load up on precious metals (a little gold and silver, with a lot of lead and brass) before things turn ugly.
Not voting in the elections is EXACTLY what the establishment wants if you are a tea-party conservative type. It is immoral not to inform yourself and to vote but you certainly do have to vote for the republican or the democrat. If the Rep/Dem candidates are terrible, then vote third party for the candidate who most closely reflects your own beliefs. And, I think it wrong to vote for the democrat to get the republican out of office as the democrats, our fellow Americans, are waking up to the fact they do not control their party either, so do not keep those democrat wretches, who are ignoring their base, in office either when the base of their own party is trying to oust them. Again, if both the democrat and republican candidates are dictatorial, godless, corrupt, and ignore the will of their people, the only moral answer is to go to the polls and vote 3rd party or write in a good candidate.
Cruz has his Pentecostal seven mountains brand of dominionism.

Yep, i would love to see the Gop big wigs go down in flames.
