AND NOW... amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he's not retiring until every American agrees with him - do NOT doubt him - with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that's Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back - just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America's anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A real man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do - host. Get ready to what you were born to do - listen. And post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread.

I agree, I think it is possible, but unlikely that the GOPe will give the nomination to Cruz as a last resort. Their first resort will be to give it to Ryan, and he will very very reluctantly accept, of course.

If Trump doesn't have a majority going in, on the second ballot, he loses a bunch of delegates, but most of those don't go to Cruz. Most are controlled by the GOPe. Rubio's guys, Kasich's guys, people planted by the GOPe in state conventions nationwide. These guys are evil but not dumb. Second ballot, Cruz goes from, say 750 to 850. Trump drops from 1170 to 1000. Kasich or some placeholder, gains the balance, to have maybe 600.

Now some kabuki theater comes into play. They have to make it appear that there is an impasse. Maybe another vote or two with no winner. Finally, a breakthrough, a compromise: Kasich will hand his delegates to Ryan, a solid conservative who everyone can support. Young, handsome, smart--he will save the party! Kasich will, reluctantly of course, go along, and Ryan will, reluctantly of course, accept.

Next vote, Cruz starts to lose delegates. Maybe Trump does, too. At this point, there is a danger that Cruz would join with Trump and defeat the GOPe plan. Can't have that. So, the offer is made: Cruz at VP with Ryan on a unity ticket. It will be an offer Cruz can't refuse. He will be assured that he gets the top of the ticket if Ryan loses, and if they win, he will be the heir apparent. He'll do it. It's announced, and magically, all the Rubio, Kasich and Cruz delegates and the unfaithful ones planted by the RNC, join together and we now get to 1237.

Trump walks and they lose of course, but that's a story for another day.

Cruz gets the top slot this year only if somehow he manages to gain more than expected on the second and third ballots, and it looks like he might get there. Suppose, for example, he makes a deal with Kasich and Rubio for their delegates. Kasich is VP and Rubio gets to be ambassador to Pedophile Island. If the GOPe gets worried he might get there, they will jump in to work a deal that ensures he gets it. That, to me, is a slim possibility given how far Teddy will be from 1237 at the start, but it is a possibility.

That Teddy is taking the opportunity on this slim chance instead of working with Trump tells me all I need to know about Felito and his views on the establishment.

Animal fats and proteins -— from healthy animals -— are very good for you. In moderation, but at least once a day on average. For growing little people, they are essential (though if vegetarianism is religiously important, it’s a health compromise you can choose).

“Rotts have bite force of 350-400 psi”

I need to get a bite force list of all the dogs that have bit me. It would be a lengthy list. Dunno what their problem was, I didn’t bite them.

I think Nov 2008 was The Beginning of The End.
Nov 2012 was the end of The Constitutional Republic.
Nov 2014 was another sad milestone, when the US Congress refused to do its job, and impeach 0bummer.
“It’s not the fall that kills you; it’s the sudden stop at the bottom.”
Nov 2016 will be the ‘sudden stop’ for America.
We’ll never survive another 4-8yrs of what we’ve just been thru.

I keep seeing people say that Cruz cannot win. There is a small chance he will get the majority before the convention. He could also win it at the convention. Trump has to step up his game to get the majority before the convention. He cannot continue to win at the same rate and clinch before the convention.

Beautifully done for an ugly, realistic, scenario. This really deserves a post of its own. I’d like to see a big FR discussion on your scenario.

Thinking about it is like getting stabbed with a knife. We Trump supporters may well go 3rd party at that point, and that might elect Hillary. I am hoping for Sanders to get one over on Hillary, maybe an FBI recommendation to Justice to indict (which they won’t). Something to make Hill not the nominee. I’d rather the Bern trying hopelessly to pass socialism than a thoroughly corrupt Hill in the WH.

And I want to help put the stake into the Republican party as it now stands.

Oh and LOLs forever at Marco getting the Ambassador to Bubble Island.

The USA can survive.

If Americans can learn where the curtain is over the fake wizard to pull it back and see how we are being ruled. We need to all see that the media is bought and paid for so all our info is carefully contrived to control us. We need to see that most of our candidates and leaders are equally bought,

It’s hard to achieve but it can be done.

I’m not sure about having his own seminar callers but I’ll tell you one thing that Rush has always done, and that’s to spike calls on subjects where his view is diametrically opposed to most Americans. The classic being immigration, illegal as well as legal.

From his start in 1989 until the big Bush Amnesty War of 2007 he wouldn’t take calls on illegal immigration. Rush was approached by people in the major immigration control outfits who asked him to address the issue and he wouldn’t do it. He would parrot the GOPe, US Chamber of Commerce open borders line to them.

That finally crumbled during the huge amnesty fight when the voters, including a large portion of his audience, were melting down the Congressional phone lines with angry calls against amnesty. At that point Rush figured out that being waterboy for Dubya maybe wasn’t his best plan.

My sincerest hope is that this vote for you, and your fellow conservatives in Connecticut really does count, and you get some satisfaction from it!

Thanks. I hope so, too... ;-)

“And Rush does his fake being accused of support Trump act. Shameful.”

Isn’t that the truth.

That’s one sure fire way to blow up the RNC forever. They seem intent on making it happen and the actual moment of destruction will be interesting and studied for all future political history.
Soon the Republican party will be talked about like the Dixiecrat party and the Constitution Union Party.
When we’re old we’ll all be able to answer the question.. Who was the last Republican President... George W. Bush.

You know you are absolutely correct problem is the more research you do the more people look at you like “is that guy nuts or what?” Happened to me yesterday.
People won’t lift a finger to find out what is really going on.

The GOP is operating under the arrogant assumption that we will line up to vote for whoever they put at the top of the ticket. Or perhaps they prefer we stay home and not vote at all, and then help them out in the midterms. After all, we’ve been doing it awhile.

This time it’s different for many of us. We’ve had 8 years of Obama. We are just not that scared of a Dem in the White House. Nor will we be helping out the GOP in the House and Senate. We’ve seen how well they work with Obama, so what difference does it make?

The Republican Party doesnt realize what is coming.

With 52.9%/ 69,498,516 in 2008, and 51.1%/ 65,915,796 in 2012, of the American Electorate is corrupt enough to vote for a Marxist-socialist-commie, I’m not sure America is salvageable anymore. It’s gotten even worse in the past 4yrs, so 2016 might just be the tipping point-of-no-return.
