FOLLANSBEE, W.Va. -

It has been 66 years since Roy Henderson has been on American soil. We live in an unrecognizable United States to the one the private first class left, but he has never been forgotten. And he has finally been welcomed home to the Ohio Valley after going being killing in action, declared MIA in July of 1950.

"It's closure for the family, and not only for the family, but for the veterans who fight on a daily basis," said casualty assistance officer SFC Bradley Maston. "We want to see our brothers and sisters come back home and be where they belong."

Passengers crowded the small windows of the Delta flight coming in from Atlanta. It was the last leg of the Army veteran's long journey from Korea, Japan, Honolulu, then, back to the mainland United States. His final resting place, Follansbee, WV, where his body was met by dozens of volunteers and well wishers.

Thing is that Vietnam was eventually unified under communism after we left. BTW, my dad and uncle served there; my dad a former Marine pilot and my uncle a chopper pilot.

As for Korea, we did stop China and the Norks from taking over the whole country. What's POing me is all the rhetoric about Yankee go home from the South esp. that gangsta rap guy.

Exactly right. Try was the moment Westy was waiting for in which the Communists came out and were annihilated by the superiority in firepower.

Of course the optics of it looked horrible due to the bs pandering LBJ did about the war effort. Westy wanted to chase after them in Laos and kill them off once and for all, but politics prevented it.

Of course all of the battlefield victories were mooted by the Communist take over of academia.

“Thing is that Vietnam was eventually unified under communism after we left.”

No, the thing is that leftist swine in America betrayed South Viet Nam after our armed forces had won the war. Further, the use of the word “unified” is hideously deceptive. The South was ground under the heel of the communists so brutally that they took to boats, women and children and all, risking torture and murder by communists or Thai pirates rather than enduring the communist hell.

In addition, we didn’t just “leave.” Nixon’s program of Vietnamization, preparing the ARVN to defeat the north, had succeeded. All they needed from us was materiel. It was that—beans, band-aids, and bullets—that Kennedy and his cabal of traitors denied them, breaking the solemn word of the United States of America for no reason other than the lust to do evil.

“BTW, my dad and uncle served there; my dad a former Marine pilot and my uncle a chopper pilot.”

Don’t disgrace them further by claiming that their sacrifices were meaningless.

“As for Korea, we did stop China and the Norks from taking over the whole country.”

If that commie pig Trumanovich hadn’t been betraying humanity from the Kremlin on the Potomac, they wouldn’t have gotten any of it.

“What’s POing me is all the rhetoric about Yankee go home from the South esp. that gangsta rap guy.”

If the evilstream misleadia were performing their rightful function, Americans would be aware that Koreans are racist to a degree never seen on this continent, even at the height of Negro slavery.

“Westy wanted to chase after them in Laos and kill them off once and for all, but politics prevented it.”

Even so, the Viet Cong were never again the force they had been.

Those two wars are deeply ingrained in the mom’s and dad’s whose son’s were killed and are still trying to understand it all. It was all political. Now they’re trying to understand the losses incurred in Iraq and continuing in Afghanistan. For what?

Okay, I understand that. Now explain it to the parents of those killed there. Exactly for what?

“Now explain it to the parents of those killed there. Exactly for what?”

So, if one cannot console a grieving parent with history and logic, then warfare is inexplicable. Is that your proposition?

I saw you were going there several notes ago. That is a line of sophistry that the communists have been using for decades to sap our will to fight.

Eisenhower said, “Americans, indeed all free men, remember that in the final choice a soldier’s pack is not so heavy a burden as a prisoner’s chains.”

Of course, those whose minds are in thrall to the Satanic evil of leftism would not qualify either as free or American.

Okay, so when elderly parents are looking at a picture of their son/daughter and they say “well I guess it was for the greater good”
