I was told yesterday that Trump is a liberal Democrat.

My reply:

Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Deport them all.
End sanctuary cities.
End anchor babies.
Slap a moratorium on muslim immigration.
Cut the taxes.
Cut the spending.
Cut the regulations.
Cut the government.
Cut the debt.
Cut the EPA.
Repeal ObamaCare.
Get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
Send education back to states.
Get a handle on trade.
Make trade deals in our own best interests.
Bring back capital.
Bring back manufacturing.
Bring back jobs.
Strengthen the economy.
Defend the second amendment.
Defend religious freedom.
Appoint constitutional conservative judges.
Rebuild our military.
Bomb the shit out of ISIS (and take their oil).

End political correctness.
Take the GOP head-on.
Take the media head-on.
Take the liberals head-on.
And win, baby, win.

All of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s defeated (after they spent 100's of millions of donor bucks).

No PACs.
No big donors.
No party support.

What’s democrat about any of the above?
What’s not conservative?
What’s not to like?

And I’ll add a few more:

Redo the horrid Iran deal.
Take a serious look at NATO.
Require our allies to pay more for their defense.

Rebuild the Reagan Coalition and attract blue collar workers by making America first again on manufacturing, trade, secure borders, economy and jobs, jobs, jobs!

Make America Great Again!

You are missing the most important aspect of a Trump Presidency.
If, he wins and that is a big if,
he will carry into office the biggest mandate in American history.
Congress critters will fear him like they feared Reagan.

Cruz helping to write NAFTA during his long career as a DC Insider lawyer working for The Bush’s, Then pushing TPP, then Giving Obama TPA, Then blocking the US from stopping currency manipulation then handing out gift basket at the border to illegals then siding with BLM Thugs against police then Screwing over his supporters by letting the GOPe/Bush political machine take over his campaign so they could steal the nomination back at the convention.

Hes a long-term DC Insider Ivy League lawyer - of course he is tricking you. DUH!

Voting for yet another ivy league lawyer who became an elected official who has not even finished his first term is insanity,

Yep. We don’t need another two faced lying career politician.

Ted Cruz says he has always been against Obamatrade yet campaigned to fast track it knowing full well that ZERO fast tracked trade deals have ever been voted down.

No, it is that all I could argue. He just said last September on 60 minutes he’s going to “take care of everybody.” If single-payer is something he believes is truly for the future, that is what’s most important to him. Furthermore, I don’t believe he is going to deport all illegals. He’s made too many statements in the past how it’s not feasible. He’s been part of the Reform Party, Republicans, and even said that he identifies as a Democrat. If you’re going to look at the decades of statements he’s made – look at all of it. If you think you can believe him NOW, go ahead. Don’t ask me to do it.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Voting for yet another ivy league lawyer who became an elected official who has not even finished his first term is insanity,

2,500+ words, before seven-something in the morning, on a Sunday.

Nobody ever accused Trump supporters of not being all-in for Trump.

Talking about Ted’s positions on trade is a complete non sequitur – but OK.

Good Morning and have a blessed day! I wouldn't say he is progressive but he isn't someone I would give control of the FBI, DOinJ, NSA, or EPA. Has he ever said what departments he will demolish? Also, with the way he spends others money I don't really see him as someone to shrink government. I do see someone who will target anyone who says anything negative about him since that is all he cares about...his image (why else all the mirrors in approved designs?). Going to go on and read 700 posts. :)

From NYT 1983: “His alternating skills of charming some individuals and riding roughshod over others has earned Donald Trump a reputation in some quarters as someone not to be trusted. He reneged, for example, on a promise to donate to a museum the Art Deco bas- reliefs on the facade of Bonwit Teller’s - bulldozed to make way for Trump Tower. It was a sin deemed unforgivable by landmark preservationists. But the only negative comments about Donald Trump these days are given off the record.”

http://www.nytimes.com/1983/08/07/business/the-empire-and-ego-of-donald-trump.html?pagewanted=all

loves those lawyers. Funny how DT loves lawyers but storm-trumpers won't look at a constitutionally defending lawyer. DT uses his lawyers offensively for financial gain while Cruz defends for rights.

As I said I am in Wisconsin and we can’t find enough employees. Why don’t the people from Minnesota, Alaska or the Dakotas apply here? Many resorts here offer employee housing.

Since most Trump supporter believe the fantasy, that Trump will destroy the GOPe, how is he going to do all those things listed with a GOPe that either is non- existent or his enemy...

The raving Cruzites just make it all up as they go along.

Really ?

Making it up as they go...?

Even a tiny sample of Trump threads will prove you very, very wrong...

Lots of Trump supporters are on board with his POTUS run simply to see him destroy the GOPe or seriously damage them...

What's hilarious: when and if Trump wins, he will cozy right up to them...

He will actually need them to govern...

That simple fact seems to escape a lot of people on FP...

Yeah, and I'm the raving crazy...

BTW, I'm all for breaking the GOPe to get them to do the will of the people....I do not see how Trump can do that...it's up the the "We The People" we have that responsibility...

I was treating you with respect showing you why none of what you want is in Cruz’s main agenda. Trying to get thru the filters you have been programmed to use to block any info that is outside your comfort zone.

If you Think Cruz’s NAU is not going to be single payer, with an armed population and not socialist you are failing in the ability to discern reality from propaganda.

He has already PROVEN he is screwing you and your family over for the benefit of the Globalists.

He do lift up gay rights
He do support gov’t bailouts like Tarp, etc

I have to assume you understand how our government works...

I never said Trump would embrace the special interest aspect of the GOPe, but he will have to work with them...

Trump has power over the executive branch, not legislative branch...

Do you think Trump will rule by fiat ?

To achieve his stated goals, he will need the cooperation of Congress, not an easy task when you have made them your enemy...

Use your head man...

Cruz wasn’t even my first or second choice when this all started. Now that it’s down to him or Trump, I’d rather go with the person who has a firm grasp and respect for the US Constitution. Whatever issues I might have with Ted, I know he’s not a political weathervane.

The democrat party has swung to the extreme left. The republican party is closer to the center on average, but there are centrists and extreme conservatives who balance that out. Reagan learned about the political system over a 17 yr period. It has been THIRTY since DT talked about running for president and while he wants to secure the border and make money, I don’t think he really knows people or the republican party. He only knows himself.

“Stacy McCain interviews Ed Yager, author of a new book Ronald Reagan’s Journey: Democrat to Republican.”

A key exchange:

Q. Why is Ronald Reagan’s early identification as a Democrat important to understanding his political career?

A. Because over about a 17-year period, from 1945 to 1962, he struggled to make sense of the political world. And he learned from his personal experiences there in Hollywood. He also learned from his personal experiences while on tour [as a spokesman for] General Electric, and he consistently discussed and debated political philosophy and policy issues with friends and family. And he also learned from a variety of books and magazines. …

So he was an engaged citizen, trying to make sense of the political world during the postwar period. Through these different sources … he developed his own political philosophy of having a hard-line position toward the Soviet Union in particular and international communism in general. His domestic policy views, those evolved later, during the mid- to late-1950s.

His political development was over a long period of time. It was gradual and sequential. … So that by 1962, when he changed his party affiliation, he had a coherent political philosophy that would guide him throughout his political career.

http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/ronald_reagans_journey_democrat_to_republican/

DT has not ever said he would take a hard line at the nation that supports our greatest enemy and has shown aggressiveness with their military in higher frequency. Has DT spoken about that?
