President Hillary is totally unacceptable!

Free Republic stands for God, family, country! America!

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United State of America."

Securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity is our mission on FR.

We cannot secure the blessings of liberty with Hillary in the White House.

When Trump wins the lion's share of the primary votes, states and delegates and the establishment installs someone else as the candidate, you've handed the election to Hillary.

Trump is the only anti-establishment candidate in the race and has won the lion's share of votes, states and delegates and is on track to continue amassing the lion's share of the votes, states and delegates by direct vote of the people.

We the People have voted and are voting to finally wrest control of our government from the entrenched corrupt establishment, aka, the uni-Party.

Cruz, Kasich, et al are mathematically eliminated and cannot win the nomination per the voters. They can attempt to re-wrest the nomination away from Trump and away from We the People only by corrupt establishment treachery at the convention. And that will split and destroy the party and guarantee a Hillary win.

NeverTrump is a losing proposition and will lead to a loss of liberty and loss of country.

This is totally unacceptable.

After the corrupt establishment losing twice in a row to Marxist Obama, I'm damned tired of the corrupt establishment and damned tired of losing.

If you are a NeverTrump type person, you are working against our purposes on FR, so please opus out now and log off and let us carry on with our mission in peace.

Continue insulting us with 24/7 anti-Trump diatribes and insults, your opus will be assumed.

We will unite behind our nominee and we will win this coming election (with or without you) and we will get a handle on this divided forum very soon.

Hope you understand my position.

By the way, Cruz's campaign still refuses to answer the question whether or not Cruz will support Trump if he's the nominee. He's taking the GOPe route of preferring Hillary over Trump. This is also totally unacceptable.

This election is the establishment(Clinton) vs the totally fed up American people(Trump) and not so much Democrat vs Republican. Which is why many of the Sanders voters will switch to the anti-establishment candidate(Trump) rather than support Clinton, who many of them hate. This election is different than any other election in my lifetime. Washington shenanigans have gone on for far too long. Time to put an end to the corruption as best we can.

Seems of late FR has turned into a big “gotcha” fest.

This is easy though unproductive — neither Cruz nor Trump is wearing a stainless halo.

My early hunch was Trump and I think it’s on the way to panning out now.

I think he will also end up knocking out Hillary, though it will not look pretty. For all his checkered past, Trump has no Benghazis, no Emailgates, to his name.

I would want to urge folks, please don’t expect Donald Trump to be the godfather of America. I guaran-blessed-tee ya, he will often fail to rise to the standards of a church.

The churches themselves should be straining to sound the keynote of Christ within their own houses. And praying the biblical prayer for “kings and all in authority” that “we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” We don’t have to raise a loud noise to badger the pagan world to submit to Christian standards. Sometimes godliness and holiness speaks louder than preaching as though to be American were to be synonymous with being Christian will speak. The pagan world is punishing itself through its disdain for God, and if we affect a caring attitude rather than a gotcha attitude, we’ll get a better audience with it.

Not to worry — last minute VP Joe Biden might be willing to jump in and save the Dem party.

We need a strong R nominee who can handle whatever the Dems may try to dish out. I personally think that Trump is that person.

It also appears that Trump is the one the Dems are most afraid of.

Will try to answer to your questions

1.) Nobody with half a brain 100% agrees with their candidate. Fair criticism is acceptable. I heard all kinds of hooping and hollering about Trump’s gafe with 7/11 instead of 9/11. Didn’t see one of them post that 7/11 wasn’t a gafe and referred to the firehouse closest to the World Trade Center.

2.) Support of any other candidate???? There is only one candidate - DONALD J TRUMP

i support Trump, but I have also criticized him where I think he is wrong or where I disagree with him. He ain’t perfect, but I’m going to vote for him in the general.

As far as other candidates go, there aren’t any.

No one is looking for a contested convention and a split party.

I just have a bad feeling that Trump is selling us a bill of goods.

Has it occurred to you that Conservatives have been sold a bill of goods since 1988? Trump will build a wall and stop illegal immigration. He has to as that is a main tenant of his campaign. He will strengthen our military and not embroil them in useless foreign entanglements. Again, a main tenant. He will renegotiate bad trade deals and bring jobs back to this country. Yet again, a main campaign tenant.

These are just 3 examples of his campaign that his success as President are intrinsically tied to and are anathema to the political class that so virulently oppose him. His enemies within the establishment are making it quite clear that he is most definitely not selling us a bill of goods.

Cruz and his supporters just haven’t come to grips that the fallback strategy of a contested convention would only be viable if, both were just short of a majority. Not separated by hundreds of delegates and votes.

Maybe, just maybe reality will set in after this next round of butt kicking Tuesday.

At this point, regarding a Supreme Court nominee, it's really about whether or not the nominee is at least pro-American. If they don't share all of my views, but I can trust that they actually know America and want to preserve her, I can at least deal with that.

No one here would deny that Jim knows America and wants to preserve her. That is where his comments come from, and he is entirely correct.

Why was it SO URGENT to become president at only 46 with one senate term?
