If it goes past the 1st ballot, depending on the rules for delegates of that state, they can vote for whomever. But they have to return to their respective states and if they wish to be delegates in the future or hold ANY position in the party in that state, they WILL vote as they are TOLD to vote by state party leaders.

This is the WORST Rush ever. He is pushing Cruz to the point of his own demise. His callers are even predictable. It is over for Cruz because even if the polls are off by 50%, Trump still takes IN. He will get WV because of coal, NJ and CA outright. Cruz will continue to sneak behind the scene to get loyalists and pray for a contested convention but Trump will get 1237. I can’t wait to listen on Wednesday... It may be my last time of making his show a daily priority.

I agree with that, certainly for a delegate. But I also see an alternative, being of mind of how things ran before there were primaries, and being of a mind that the public vote is, on balance, a recipe for disaster.

The delegate needs to make a good argument for his preference. He needs to express WHY the populist sentiment leads to disaster.

The last few generations have missed that boat, and we are at the point where people vote money for themselves (rent seeking in its various forms), without being told "no." The candidates pander to the interests that provide the best financial return for the candidate. That's how the business rent-seekers have managed to get control of the government.

Also, Lincoln shut off talks with the Confederacy after his inauguration on March 20, 1861. He and his business cronies in New England wanted the .civil War. However, they thought it would be short and not the long carnage it became. In 1864 and 1865 once it became clear the Union would end looting and raping of civilian property was not only allowed but looting was encouraged and rapes were ignored.

If one reads the daily correspondence of Sherman and his officers on the March to the sea one will see over 5,000 black women followed the army proving sexual favors to the troops. How many of the mixed race offspring were from those encounters? Census records from 1870 show a significant increase in you mulatto children in the ares born in 1865 -1866 where Sherman’s troops passed through in 1864-1865.

Turned on Rush for a few seconds and all he had was two Cruz callers. Rush is a GOPe establishment supporter and that makes him the enemy of conservatism and restoration of America. Rush is still an ars.

Actually I listen to rush these days the same way I would listen to F.Chuck or Stuffy stephanaopouls. They are the enemy. I want to know what they are up to. As for rush he’s qualifying as gop-e. I want to know what those clowns are up to as well.
