Donald Trump may have thought he delivered the knock-out punch to Ted Cruz -- but the Texas senator apparently doesn't see himself down and counted out of the 2016 Republican presidential race.
Not yet, anyway.
Cruz, in an interview Tuesday with radio host and supporter Glenn Beck, opened the door just a crack to kick-starting his now-suspended campaign if he somehow starts winning primary contests again. Asked what he’d do if, for instance, Nebraska voters back him in Tuesday’s primary, Cruz said he assumes that won’t happen but added:
“Let’s be very clear, if there is a path to victory -- we launched this campaign intending to win.”
He said he suspended his campaign last week because he didn’t see a viable path after his loss in Indiana, but, “If that changes, we will certainly respond accordingly.”

They hate Cruz for the same reason why a woman hates those who hate her lover. Put it another way: for the same reason why Yankee fans hated Ted Williams.

'Hate' is such a liberal word. Cruz hates the Constitution of which he took an oath to protect and defend. Cruz is the hater NOT we the people that hold the Constitution near and dear.

This reads like someone who is contemplating a Third Party run.
Sen Cruz is no longer about “Conservative Values”, perhaps he never was. Instead, Cruz is about Cruz and realizing a Trump victory could put off his Presidential aspirations for 8 years, he seems prepared to continue on with his “Stop Trump” ideology.
Figuring he has support from his “Washington Cartel”, the very people he “campaigned” against, his campaign may very well go on, not as a Republican.
I honestly miss watching Ted acquire delegates in all the craftiest ways.

Obama always says “let me be perfectly clear” then proceeds with his current lie. Cruz has watched one too many Obama speech.
He wants money from fools, too. Just like a company “selling product” knowing they’re going bankrupt. And then the merchandise never ships.
He has been snail mailing contribution requests that he says will be “matched”. Got one yesterday.
Never held a private sector job, graduated from Harvard, constitutional scholar, lawyer, junior senator, foreign born, hides his real name, hid his nationality during his senate run, repeatedly failed to vote as senator, and immediately began seeking the office of president once elected. He is also the anointed one.
If I spent my whole life preparing for something, and then losing badly at it, I would not go to the Kentucky Derby mere days after dropping out. I would have been too depressed. I was shocked he went there.
