When Democrats are faced with their "High Noon" moments they slink away, they shrink under the heat of being a leader and standing up to the "bad guys," they make situations much worse through inaction and failure to lead. This ALWAYS leads to more problems down range. For instance, obama's "lead from behind," and hillary's "not my ball to carry" as the secretary of state over Benghazi -- Clearly not their Marshal Will Kane moments. They failed.
Given this presidential election and the candidates that are nominated for president, they present to us the "High Noon" dilemma, the Republicans have presented to us their choice for president or for sake of this exercise Marshal Will Kane and the democrats are presenting their nominee as Frank Miller, the villain or the side that is more concerned about the rights of the criminals, than they are concerned about the rights of the people of Hadleyville, New Mexico (America).
The contrast between the two candidates could not be more spot on.
At one point in time I expected the crowd to burst out singing "You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette" the angry screed of the scorned woman (and girly man). The song should be the conventions anthem...

To be a high ranking successful strong leader, one needs to be able to make good decisions based on reason, and gathering of high quality information, over a long period of time. Since libtards have a disintegrated mode of thought, they are unable to do this. So they are left with leaders who make decisions based on whim worship and emotions to run things. Having to make decisions based on whims and emotions causes them to be filled with anxiety when the decisions they have to make are important. When the anxiety is too severe, they are to afraid to function, so they shrink and slink away.
